Lorelai grabbed her coffee off the counter as she walked over to the table where Daniel was sitting.
"How have your classes been?" she asked, sitting down in front of him.
He looked up from his notebook, "Stressful, but it's what I signed up for."
She nodded, "I guess. What class is this for again?"
"Criminal justice," he answered while writing something down.
She smiled, "I remember that class. I corrected the professor so many times."
"It makes sense considering how smart you are. The whole 'I have 2 PHDs and on my way to the third' thing," he laughed.
She then felt her phone vibrate in her pocket. She reached in and grabbed it.
We got a new case in Maryland, we're all meeting at the airport-Spencer.
"New case?" Daniel asked.
Lorelai nodded, "Yeah."
"Well, let's get you to Quantico," he said, packing his books in his bag.
She shook her head, "No, it's fine. You stay here and study."
"Lorelai, I can do this later. Right now what matters is getting you to your job," he got up.
She followed behind him, "To the airport, I guess they need us there right now."
He nodded, walking towards his car, opened the door for her to get in, and closed it as he ran to the other side to get in and drive.

The two made it to the airport and he stopped the car in front of where Morgan and Spencer were.
Spencer rolled his eyes, "Why is he here?"
"What? Pretty boy doesn't like him?" Morgan laughed.
Spencer shook his head, "I don't know him well enough to say I don't like him. I just... I don't like seeing them."
Morgan nodded, "Okay, yeah. Sure."
Spencer was able to see Lorelai kiss him on the cheek as the two hugged which made him slightly more bothered.
"Okay," she said getting out of the car.
Daniel smiled at her, "Bye."
"Bye," she responded as he drove away.
She turned around to face the two agents and smiled, "Good morning."
"Good morning, princess," Morgan grinned.
Spencer gave her a nod, "Morning, Lorelai."
He turned around walking into the airport leaving them behind.
"What was that about?" Lorelai asked him.
Morgan shrugged with a smirk, "Guess we'll have to find out."

The team made it to Baltimore, Maryland, and immediately drove to the location of the crime scene. They parked their cars and were then greeted by the Baltimore PD. Once they were inside the house Morgan explained the case to them.
"I was teaching an in-service at the Baltimore field office when this came in. Baltimore PD's seen some grisly stuff, but never anything like this," Morgan said, as they walked down the hallway, "We got two bodies I.D.'d as William and Helen Dimarco. Retired, lived here for 37 years, no kids. Neighbor reports a white male 20-40 years-old fleeing the scene, and I quote, "Hopped up on those damn drugs."
