All the boys had woken up and cleaned and eventually gone home Bokuto was oddly quiet but no one dared to press him to speak .
Bokuto's mom came back with Kuroo's mom with her
"Hi boys!" The said as they walked into the living room .
"I thought we could all get lunch before you guys left ." Bokuto's mom suggested
"Do you mind if Atsumu comes ? " Bokuto asked this alarmed the trio
"I don't see why not ." She replied
"Thanks mom." Bokuto went upstairs and packed a few more things before he said he was ready and they headed to the restaurant .
Atsumu was already there waiting in the parking lot
"Bokkun !" He waved Bokuto over , Bokuto saw his friend and grab all his bags out of his jeep .
Kuroo watched in confusion that instantly was cleared up with one thought . Bokuto was not going back to the dorms with them.
The two moms glanced at the situation , fully aware now that there had been an argument between their two boys , but they were grown now and they would have to resolve this on their own .
They all left their shoes on the designated rack and sat down at the traditional style table . They chatted amongst themselves the whole time , Bokuto and Atsumu joking together the most . When they were finished they said goodbye to the two women and watched as they pulled out the parking lot .
"So I'm gonna go wait in the car okay Bokkun ?" Atsumu said not waiting for a reply
"So , I'm gonna stay with Atsumu for a bit ." Bokuto started to explain
"How long is a bit ." Kuroo was furious , not that he hated Atsumu but that Bokuto was running from his problems as per usual
"Just until I work some things out ." Bokuto said scratching the back of his head
"Bokuto you don't have to do this ." Akaashi spoke up
Kenma grabbed Akaashi's arm gently and shook his head
"It's fine Akaashi , I need this ." Bokuto said he turned to walk away
"We said we were sorry ." Kuroo yelled after his best friend
"I know ." Bokuto said not turning his head back
"Tch." Kuroo turned away and stomped towards the jeep Kenma and Akaashi following behind him
When they got in there was a silence among them . Kenma played his video game while Akaashi just napped . When they were maybe an hour away from the dorms Kuroo finally spoke up
"What was so wrong about what we did ?" He asked no one in particular
"I think he's just upset he was blindsided by all this ." Kenma stated
"It's all my fault ." Akaashi spoke softly "I should have just told him everything ."
"Akaashi why do you think you aren't special to Bokuto ?" Kuroo asked
"Well .." Akaashi couldn't find a legit answer
"Cause Miko said so ? Because everything he does with you he's done it with other people ?"
