Joshua's pov
I see Arielle walk into the female restroom so I decide to wait for her. Time passed but she still hasn't come out until suddenly, I see someone come out of the restroom. She was wearing a black cloak and her face was well hidden. She looked really suspicious but I let it slide. She could be a witch, that will explain the dressing.
10 minutes later and Arielle still hasn't come out. How long does it take to.... Never mind.
"Hey Joshua" I turn around to look at Talia "have you seen Arielle? Prince Devon has been looking everywhere for her and none of the pets have seen her either"
"Did you bother checking the restroom" I asked with a deadpan look. She stood still for a while
"Why didn't I think of that?" she walked away, scolding herself for being stupid. I watched her enter the restroom and then she came out looking scared. Was Arielle not in there?
"Joshua, I need your help. Please don't freak out..." she said, making me really worried
"What's the problem? Did you find Arielle?" I asked
"Yes I did but I think she was attacked."
"Attacked!" I raised my voice a little, luckily, no one heard
"Don't draw attention. Now I'm going to make sure no one else enters the restroom. Help me find Prince Devon and bring him here" she said and without a second thought, I ran off to find the prince. Finally, I found him talking to some Nobles from Africa
"Prince Devon" I whispered, loud enough to gain his attention
"What do you want pet" he said with spite making me almost roll my eyes, but that will be disrespectful and could cost me my life
"We've found Arielle" I said and he sighs with relief. Why was he so worried?
"Good, where is she?"
"Actually, there's a problem" I whisper
"What?" he asked
"I can't say it here." I said, looking at the nobles that were already listening to our conversation "Come with me"
He gave me a questioning look before excusing himself and following me. We got there after sometime to meet Talia and two angry female werewolves.
"What's happening here?" Prince Devon asked me
"Arielle's in there. She's been attacked" I said and Devon's eyes widened but he composed himself and stepped forward
"Ladies" he addressed the 2 werewolves. They turned around and raised their brow "sorry for the discomfort but we're having some...issues with the toilet for now, but you can you the ones in the mansion. I'm sure Talia will be happy to escort you" he said
"Yes prince. Follow me ladies" she said and bowed
"Wait here" Devon said and stepped into the restroom, not minding the looks he was getting from the nearby guest. After some time, Adrian, Michael and the werewolf prince came to meet me
"Hey pet, where's prince Devon" Prince Michael asked, staring at his phone. Devon probably called him here. I pointed at the female toilet and they all looked shocked
"There's no one else in there" I said and they nodded and went inside
And then I saw her again

Devon's pov
I stared down at Arielle's unconscious body. Something was definitely wrong. She couldn't have just fainted but why will someone attack her. I took out my phone and texted Michael. He came after a while with Adrian and Mason
"Dude, she passed out again, what's the big deal?" Adrian asked while mason walked over to Arielle, examining her
"No she didn't" Mason said out of the blue
"Huh" Michael said
"Look" Mason turned her neck to expose her neck. There was a slit on it and some blood
"That's weird...we're vampires. We should have noticed that"
"Exactly" Mason stood up
"And I thought this was the only weird thing" I said, holding up a black flower petal "I thought maybe you could trace the smell Mason" I said and gave mason the petal while he eyed me
"Great, so now I'm being treated like a dog"
"Oh shut up and sniff it"
"Fine" he said and sniffed it once
"I can't...there's nothing. The person must have cleared the scent but it does smell familiar, but I just can't remember where I've seen it" he said and I got really frustrated
"I'll have to take her to Isabella again. No one should find out about this, especially the werewolves. They'd flip if there's anything related to a threat. You guys should create a distraction. I'll have to sneak her out without anyone noticing"
"Don't worry, I have an idea" Adrian said and they all went out. Suddenly, I heard the shattering of some glass; I looked outside and saw Adrian and Mason fighting while Michael was trying to separate them
"What's happening?"
"Why are the princes fighting?"
"What if the werewolf prince changes"
Oh well...
I carried Arielle in my arms and looked outside one more time to make sure no one was looking and then I ran out with my vampire speed
