"See I told you" one sparrow-Man in the crowd laughed, "she's a freak, she'll NEVER fit in"
"Never?" Queen Clarion chirped, "Now, I wouldn't say that..." she paused. "Now, if you will just excuse me for a moment, I've gotta go find her," she said fluttering off.
"She a disabled fairy, one with a broken wing; how far do you think she could have gotten" the Sparrow-Man joked.
Queen Clarion ignored that comment as she fluttered off to go find Adelaide.
"Adelaide! Adelaide!" She called, flying by house after house. "WOW, for a non-flyer she walked pretty far," the queen thought, finally coming to a rest at a vacant field, grass-covered the plot of land as far as the eye can see. The queen desperately searched for the young Adelaide within the tall grass.
