Soo I'm LOWKEY pissed cuz I weighed myself and  I put on a bit of weight ( it's not much but stilll) , however on my other scale I've maintained my weight. So I'm just speculating that the first scale is kinda broken , as I think I've been doing pretty well 😓- I'll just post both readings from now
Hopefully it's that or I've put on a bit of muscle...

I've been maintaining this weight for the past 3 days so I think it's time to up my game and incorporate more exercise / reduce the amount I eat by a bit more.

Breakfast :
- a bowl of asian white rice congee with a sweet potato (again)
-a boiled egg
- side dishes : 3 fried tofu , 1 type of some green veg (idk what type it is cuz we grow it in the garden) and some cooked fish
——————————- approx 600??? ( idek anymore my breakfasts have been so big these past few days)

Note : For the past few days, my mum has been preparing breakfast so they are pretty big and I can't say that I won't eat it because she will get annoyed 😭 but hopefully soon I can reduce my breakfast portion . (Parents sometimes just don't help w my plans) :((

Lunch:
- bowl of grass jelly with tapioca pearls and coconut jelly

Dinner:
- 2 Asian stuffed sweet potato balls and 1 prawn ( my mum told me to finish off yesterday's leftovers 😣)
- Eight treasure congee ( It's a traditional asian sweet congee with like lots of nuts/beans in)
- half a pork bun
——————————- approx 580 kcal ??

Snacks:
- a few dry frosted cornflakes
- a mini fried dough twist
- 1 golden kiwi
—————— approx 95 kcal?

Exercise :
-10k steps
-Day 5 Chloe Ting's 4 week summer shred ( 32 mins)

Total estimated calorie intake: 1615
My personal RMR:1621
Calories burnt(extra): 414
Calorie deficit: -420

What I did well:
- met 10k steps goal
- completed exercise for today
- met my water goal of 2L for past few days

What to improve:
- eat more greens and veg

Point to pick with self: I need to limit carbs I eat during my bigger meals like breakfast and dinner, to fit more greens ; I low-key don't wanna add calories so if I feel I am eating a lot , I won't eat additional fruits /veg - though I should.

I ate more than I expected/intended to , so I am not sure whether I will lose/maintain/gain today , I just really hope it's lose tho. As it's quite hot , my mum has been making desserts so I may eat more food the next few days?
Today seemed like and average day ( for anyone who doesn't wanna lose weight ) - so I can't really be too expectant for weight-loss tommorow. I just wanna achieve my goal (tbh surpass it ) by the end of this month 😣
