CW : 62kg/61.7kg😓I gained a little bit of weight so I am more or less back to my starting point. I didn't exercise yesterday that may be why so I HAVE TO today...
Breakfast:
- a bowl of asian rice congee
- side dishes: tilapia fish and lettuce

- a bowl of rice with sweet sausage
- side dish: celery, asparagus, stir fry carrot and potato, a bit of fish
- soup : a bowl of chicken broth with 1 whole thigh/drumstick

-1 strawberry
-1 slice of watermelon
-1 frube yoghurt
-2 orange slices
- birds nest soup

Calorie deficit: -544What I did well:
-finished my 5 portions of veg /fruits
- back on track with exercise
- met 10k steps
- healthier snack choicesWhat I could improve:
- lighter dinner
- exercise earlier ( I exercise at around 7/8)
- more form of exercise : skipping ,jogging
- stretch more /incorporate yogaI feel as if I ate quite a lot today... I feel quite bloated 😓
