Mary's POV
We were driving quickly away. "Drive faster, Ricky." I said. "I can't this is as fast as it can go! Are you okay, Evelyn?" Ricky said. "Yeah, I'm amazing." Evelyn said sarcastically with a wound. "You ever seen that many?" Ricky asked. "No. No way, not in one place. " I said to him. "What the hell?" Reec asked seeing a fire truck stopping. "Damn it!" Ricky said and a guy started a exorcism, but it wasn't in Latin or any Greek. "Well that's something you don't see every day." Evelyn said. We all got out of the cars and a man came up to us. "You guys alright?" He asked as we all shared a look. "Peachy." I said. "Be careful. It's...dangerous around here." He said. "Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait." Dean said. "No need to thank us." He said. "No, hold up a sec! Who are you?" Kara said, I also wondered that. "We're the Sacrament Lutheran Militia." The man said. "I'm sorry—the what?" Ricky asked. "I hate to tell you this, but those were demons and this is the Apocalypse. So... buckle up." The man said. "What are your names?" I asked. "Rob." Rob said. "Paul." Paul said. "Mae." I said. "Ricky." Ricky said. "Kara." Kara said. "Evelyn." Evelyn said. "Reece." Reece said. "Dean." Dean said glaring at them. "Alison." Alison said. "Athena." Athena said shrugging. "Crystal." Crystal said. "Sam and looks like we're in the same line of business." Sam said to them. "And among colleagues. That's a police-issued shotgun." Athena said. "That truck is, uh... inspired. Where'd you guys pick up all this crap?" Alison said. "You know you pick things up along the way." Paul said shrugging. "Guys, come on. This whole corner of the state is nuts with demon omens. We just want to help. That's all." Crystal said. "We're on the same team here. Just talk to us. " I said wanting to be civil. "Follow us." Rob said. We got to a church and walked in. "Who would have thought the Apocalypse could be so romantic? Marriage, family— it's a blessing. Especially in times like this. So hold on to that." A pastor said. "Wedding?" I asked raising an eyebrow. "Seriously?" Reece asked. "Yeah. We've had eight so far this week." Paul said. The wedding finished. "Congratulations! Yay!" The crowd yelled, and it was happy people got married. "So Rob tells me you guys hunt demons." The pastor said. "Uh... yes sir." Kara said. "You missed a few." The pastor said. "Yeah. Tell us about it. Any idea why they're here?" Alison asked. "They sure seem to like us, though. Follow me, gentlemen and ladies." He said. We followed him into the church. "So you're a preacher?" Dean asked. "Not what you expected, huh?" He said. "Well, dude, you're packing." Reece said. "Strange times." The pastor said. "Is that a twelve-year-old packing salt rounds?" Ricky asked. "Ricky I was killing demons at 12." I reminded my friend. "Everybody pitches in." The pastor said. "So, the whole church?" Athena asked. "The whole town." The pastor said. "A whole town full of hunters. I don't know whether to run screaming or buy a condo." Evelyn said. "Evie." Reece whined. "Not with out you Red." Evelyn said. "Stop being so lovey dovey." Crystal reminded the two girls. "Well the demons were killing us. We had to do something." The pastor said. "So why not call the National Guard?" Kara asked. "We were told not to." The pastor said. "By who?" I asked. "Come on. You're as locked and loaded as we've ever seen. And that exorcism was Enochian. Someone's telling you something." Sam said. "Look, I'm sorry, I, uh, I can't discuss it." The pastor said. "Dad, it's okay." A girl said. "Leah." The pastor said. "It's Sam, Dean, and Mary Winchester, Kara Jones, Ricky Harvelle, Alison Holt, Athena Theodroropoulos, Reece Young, Evelyn Macleod, and Crystal. They're safe. I know all about them." Leah said. "You do?" Kara asked. "Sure. From the angels." Leah said, why am I not surprised anymore. "The angels. Awesome." I said. "Don't worry. They can't see you here. The...marks on your ribs, right?" Leah said. "So you know all about us because angels told you?" Ricky asked. "Yes. Among other things." Leah said. "Like the snappy little exorcism spell." Athena said. "And they show me where the demons are going to be, before it happens. How to fight back." Leah said. "Never been wrong. Not once. She's very special." The pastor said. "Dad." Leah whined. "And let me guess. Before you see something, you get a really bad migraine, you see flashing lights?" Dean said. "How'd you know?" Leah asked "Cause you're not the first prophet we've met. But you are the cutest." Crystal said and the pastor gave her a look. "She means that with total respect, of course." Alison said. I was now with Ricky who was calling Castiel. "You have reached the voicemail box of..." The voicemail recording said. "I don't understand why, why do you want me to say my name?" Castiel said and pressed random buttons I laughed. "Cas, hey, uh, it's me. So we are in Blue Earth, Minnesota, and um, we could use a little help. I... hope you get this." Ricky said and hung up I looked at Paul. "Busy night?" I asked. "I'm telling you, since The End started, it's been like one long last call. That round's on me." Paul said to us. "Thanks." Sam said. "So, did you get a hold of Cas or Marina?" Dean asked. "Yeah, I left Cas a message. I think." Ricky said. "So uh, what's your theory? Why all of the demon hits?" Reece asked. "I don't know. Gank the girl? The prophet, maybe?" Dean said. Alison shook her head. "What?" Sam asked. "Just these angels are sending these people to do their dirty work." Alison said. "Yeah. And?" I said. "And they could get ripped to shreds." Alison said. "We're all gonna die, Alice. In like a month—maybe two. I mean it. This is the end of the world, but these people aren't freaking out. In fact they're running to the exit in an orderly fashion. I don't know that that's such a bad thing." Ricky said. "Who says they're all gonna die? What ever happened to us saving them?" Evelyn said. A chruch bell was heard and people were leaving. "Something I said?" Ricky asked. "You just suggested we're all gonna die." Athena and Kara said smacking the back of Ricky's head. "Paul. What's going on?" Sam asked. "Leah's had another vision." Paul said. "Wanna go to church?" I asked the family. "You know me—downright pious." Crystal said. "I'm shocked she doesn't burn entering a church." Reece said. "Watch Nephilim." She said. We sat in the church hearing them. "Three miles off Talmadge Road. Five miles. There are demons gathered. I...don't know how many, but a lot. Thank you, Leah. So, who's going to join me?" Pastor Gideon, I heard people saying his name, said. "Wouldn't miss it." Rob said. "Someone's got to cover Rob's ass." Paul said. "We're in, Padre." Dean said. "Thank you. I'd like to offer a prayer. "Our Father in Heaven, help us to fight in your name. We ask that you protect us from all servants of evil. Guide our hands in defeating them, and deliver us home, safely. Thank you, Amen." Pastor Gideon said. We got to the woods walked in the house and all of them said an Enochian exorcism and I scared a few into dealing with Ma and Pa who were doing a check up on hell. "I guess that's what it's like, huh?" Sam said. "What?" We all asked. "Having backup." Sam said. "Yeah but we have family which is better than any backup." Alison said. "Sounds like you read that from a fortune cookie." Reece said. "No that comes from me and my motivational notes." Athena said. "Guys." Dylan said.  "What?" Kara asked. "Hey. So, um, is—is that—is that cool that I get a ride back with you one of you guys?" Dylan asked. "Hey, you've saved my ass twice already. One more time, you can drive. Get a beer?" Dean said. "Hey, you earned it. Don't tell your mom." Ricky said. "Oh, believe me—I will not but the apple juice?" He asked. "The kids who aren't old enough to drink and Ricky." Athena said. "You're not wrong." Ricky said. We heard Dylan scream. "Dylan!" I yelled and saw he was killed by a demon I chased that demon down and ran an angel blade through them, I never gave Castiel his old angel blade back, hey my lighting bolt blade is gone I need to hurt demons. We were now back at the church talking to Dylan's Mom. "Ma'am, we're just, um, very sorry." Reece said. "You know... this is your fault." She said to Rob. "Jane. Come on." Rob said. We were back in the church listening. "I wish I knew what to say. But I don't. I'm so sorry, Jane, Rob. There are no words. Dylan... I don't know why this happened. I don't know why any of this is happening. I got no easy answers. But what I do know is— Leah, honey? Leah, honey? Honey? It's okay sweetie. It's okay." Pastor Gideon said as Leah had a seizure. "Dad, it's Dylan." Leah said. "Just rest a minute, huh?" Pastor Gideon said. "No, listen. Dylan's coming back." Leah said. "Jeez." Rob mumbled. "Jane, Rob... It's going to be okay. You'll see Dylan again. When the final day comes, Judgement Day, he'll be resurrected and you'll be together again. We'll all be together. With all our loved ones. We've been chosen. The angels have chosen us. And we will be given paradise on earth. All we have to do is follow the angels' commandments." Leah said, yep now the angels are showing their dickness. "No drinking, no gambling, no premarital sex. Dean and Crystal, they basically just outlawed ninety percent of your personality." I read. "Yeah Athena, Mae don't you follow what the Greeks say?" Crystal asked. "Not really and does that even count as religious?" I asked. "Yeah, well, whatever. When in Rome." Dean said. "So, uh...you're cool with it?" Reece asked. "I'm not cool. I'm not, not cool. I'm just, look guys, I'm not a prophet. We're not locals. It's not my call. I'll catch up with you." Dean said. "I better go make sure he doesn't get arrested." Kara said chasing after her boyfriend. "I'm gonna talk to Leah." Crystal said walking back to the church. We got to the bar and found Paul. "Hey. So what happened to, uh, the Apocalypse is good for business?" Ricky asked. "Oh yeah, right up until Leah's angel pals banned the good stuff. Wanna help me kill some inventory?" Paul asked. "Sure." Ricky said. "Don't get me wrong. I grew up here. I love this town, but uh, well, these holy rollers?" Paul said. "Yeah, yeah, I uh, I noticed you're not the praying type." I said. "Yeah, well, between us, neither are half those guys. A couple of months back, they're all in here, getting wasted, banging the nanny. Now they're all Warriors of God. Cheers." Paul said. "Cheers." Ricky said. "Look, there's sure as hell demons. And maybe there is a God. I don't know. Fine. But I'm not a hypocrite. I never prayed before and I ain't starting now. If I go to hell, I'm going honest. How bout you?" Paul asked. "What about us?" I asked. "Not a true believer, I take it." Paul said. "I believe, yeah. I do. I'm just. Pretty sure God stopped caring a long time ago." Ricky said. "You need a drink." Paul said pouring me one. "Not old enough I'm only 14." I said. "Come on Mae, I won't tell anyone." Ricky said. I drank and it felt somewhat nice to take the edge off. We got back from the bar and saw Crystal, Alison, Athena, Reece, Evelyn, Sam, Kara, and Dean standing there. "Where you been?" Dean asked raising an eyebrow. "Drinkin'." Ricky and I said in unison. "You rebel." Reece said. "I'd have had more, um, but it was curfew." I said. "Right." Alison said. "Mae did you drink?" Sam asked. "What's the problem with that it was only four." I said. "And you're not drunk?" Evelyn said. "I feel a little buzzed." I said. "You hear they shut down the cell towers?" Ricky asked. "No. That's, uh, news to me." Dean said. "Yeah. No cable, internet. Total cut off from the corruption of the outside world." I said shrugging. "Huh." Sam said. "Don't you get it? They're turning this place into some kind of fundamentalist compound." Ricky said. "No, we get it." Alison said. "And all you've got's a hmm? What's wrong with you?" I asked. "We get it. We just don't care." Kara said. "What?" Athena asked them. "What difference does it make?" Reece asked. "At what point does this become too far for you? Stoning? Poisoned Kool-Aid? The angels are toying with these people!" I said. "Angel world, angel rules, man." Dean said. "And since when is that okay with you?" Ricky asked. "Since the angels' got the only lifeboats on the Titanic. I mean, who exactly is supposed to come along and save these people? It was supposed to be us, but we can't do it." Ricky said. "So what? You wanna, you wanna just want to stop fighting, roll over?" Evelyn asked. "We don't know, maybe." Kara said. "Don't say that." Sam said. "Why not?" Alison asked. "Cause Dean and Kara can't do this." I said. "Actually, we can." Dean said. "No you two can't. You can't do this to us." Sam said. "We got one thing, one thing, keeping us going. You think you two are the only one white-knuckling it here, Dean and Kara? We can't count on anyone else. We can't do this alone." Ricky said. Dean and Kara were leaving. "What are you two doing?" Evelyn asked them. "We got to clear our heads." They said in unison. "It's past curfew. It's past curfew." Crystal said. "We got your message. It was long, your message." Castiel and Marina appeared obviously drunk. "And I find the sound of your voice grating." Marina pointed at Ricky. "What's wrong with you two? Are you... drunk?" Sam asked. "I feel great." Marina said and went to Sam. "No!... Yes." Castiel said. "What the hell happened to you two?" Reece asked. "We found a liquor store." Marina giggled still holding onto Sam. "And?" Athena asked. "And we drank it. Why'd you call us?" Castiel asked stumbling. "Whoa. There you go. Easy. Are you okay?" Alison asked. "Don't ask stupid questions." Castiel said. "Tell us what you need." Marina said sitting. "There have been these— these demon attacks. Massive, right on the edge of town. And we can't figure out why they're happening." I said. "Any sign of angels?" Castiel asked. "Sort of. They've been speaking to this prophet." Crystal said. "Who?" Marina asked. "This girl, Leah Gideon." Evelyn said shrugging. "She's not a prophet." Castiel said shrugging. "I'm pretty sure she is. Visions, headaches—the whole package." Alison said. "The names of all the prophets, they're seared into our brains. Leah Gideon is not one of them." Marina said blankly. "Then what is she?" Reece asked. "When will the man stealer and Dean be back." Marina said. "I can call them, but man stealer?" I asked. "Kara she hates anyone who likes Sam more than a sibling or friend." Castiel said. "Sammy is mine." Marina hissed out. Kara and Dean came back after Athena and Alison went out looking for them. "We went out looking for—You two alright?" I asked seeing blood on them. "Yeah. It's—it's not our blood. Paul's dead." Kara said. "What?!" Ricky yell asked. "Jane shot him." Dean said. "It's starting." Marina said. "What's starting? Where the hell have you two been?" Kara asked. "On a bender." Castiel said. "Did he—did you say on a bender?" Dean asked. "Yeah. He's still pretty smashed." Ricky said. "It is not of import. We need to talk about what's happening here." Marina said. "Well we're all ears." Kara said. "Well, for starters... Leah is not a real prophet." I said. "Well, what is she, exactly?" Dean asked. "The whore." Castiel said and we all stared at him. "Wow. Cas, tell us what you really think." Evelyn and Reece said looking at him. "She rises when Lucifer walks the earth. And she shall come, bearing false prophecy. This creature has the power to take a human's form, read minds. Book of Revelation calls her the Whore of Babylon." Crystal said. "Well, that's catchy." Kara said. "The real Leah was probably killed months ago." Alison said coming in with Athena. "What about the demons attacking the town?" Kara asked the three who knew what the hell was going on around here. "They're under her control." Marina said. "And the Enochian exorcism?" Athena asked raising an eyebrow. "Fake. It actually means, you, um, breed with the mouth of a goat. I thought you guys knew that." Reece said laughing, we all gave them a seriously look. "It's funnier in Enochian." Castiel said. "So the demons smoking out—that's just a con? Why? What's the endgame?" Alison asked confused. "What you just saw—innocent blood spilled in God's name." Marina said. "You heard all that heaven talk. She manipulates people." Ricky said. "To slaughter and kill and sing preppy little hymns. Awesome." Kara said. "Her goal is to condemn as many souls to hell as possible. And it's...just beginning. She's well on her way to dragging this whole town into the pit." Castiel said to us. "Alright. So, then, how do we go Pimp of Babylon all over this bitch?" Crystal said. Marina put down a wooden stake. "The whore can be killed with that. It's a stake made from a cypress tree in Babylon." Marina said. "Great. Let's ventilate her." I said. "It's not that easy." Athena said looking at a book she was reading. "Course not." Evelyn said. "The whore can only be killed by a true Servant of Heaven." Marina said. "Servant, like..." Alison trailed off. "Not you. Or us. Mary and Kara, of course, are abominations. We'll have to find someone else." Castiel said. I somehow ended up going with Castiel, Marina, and Athena to get a pastor. "Pastor David Gideon." Castiel said. "Yeah. Who are you guys?" David asked worried. "We're angels of the Lord and those two are Greek gods." Marina said. "Yeah, sure." David said. "This will be fun." Athena said and we teleported to the the motel room. "What the hell was that?" David asked. "Yeah, they weren't lying about the angel and Greek thing. Have a seat, Padre. We got to have a chat." Ricky said. We told him everything and he looked like he might go into cardiac arrest. "No. She's my daughter." David said. "I'm sorry, but she's not. She's the thing that killed your daughter." Crystal said. "That's impossible." David said. "But it's true. And deep down, you know it. Look, we get it—it's too much. But if you don't do this, she's going to kill a lot of people. And damn the rest to hell." Sam said. "It's just... Why does it have to be me?" David asked as Kara handed him the stake. "You're a Servant of Heaven." Marina said. "And you're an angel." David said. "Only half." Reece said. "Was conceived by two angels never knew." Alison said. "Fallen." Marina commented. "Poor example of one." Castiel said. I was outside the motel with Castiel and Ricky at the Jaguar. "Heads up." Ricky said tossing Castiel a pill bottle. "How many should I take?" Castiel asked. "You? You should probably just down the whole bottle." I said. "Thanks." Castiel said smiling. "Yeah, don't mention it. Yeah, I've been there. Granted, I'm not a big expert on deadbeat dads. But I know what it feels like to want to drink your sadness away." Ricky said. "How do you manage it?" Castiel asked. "On a good day, you get to kill a whore." Ricky said. "What happened that made you want to drink?" I asked. "The anniversary of when my baby sister was kidnapped." Ricky said. "What was her name?" Castiel asked. "Samantha." Ricky said sadly and Castiel kissed him making him smile. I got there with David, Castiel, Marina, and Athena. Castiel grabbed Leah. "Daddy! Don't hurt me!" She said. "Gideon, now!" Athena and I said to him. "Pizin noco iad." Leah said and hurt Castiel and Marina. I made my eyes purple and threw Leah into a wall. "Oh man the future Queen." She groaned. "Demons didn't tell ya that?" Athena asked, and David went to stab Leah. "Gideon! Wait! No!" Sam yelled running in with the others. "Help me! He's a demon! Light the kerosene." Leah said. I used my power to stop Rob from lighting the room on fire and opened the door. "Come on." I said letting people out. "Help." A little girl said. I picked them up and walked outside with them. "Do you know where your parents are?" I asked. "Yes who are you?" Kim asked. "Mae Winchester." I said. "I'm Thalia." She said. "That's a beautiful name do you know why you were in that room?" I asked. "Mommy wasn't with someone when she had me." Thalia said. "Well that doesn't matter." I said bopping her nose. She giggled. We got to a house and she said it was her's I knocked and a lady who had Thalia's hair color and eyes looked relieved. "Oh thank you." She said. "Mommy, Mae saved me she's like Mulan." Thalia said. "Thank you let me give you something. "No, it's my job." I said. "Here." Thalia's mom said handing me two hundred dollars. "This is too much." I said. "You saved my little girl I need to repay you." She said. I nodded and left I saw Dean texted me.
Biggest bro:Where are you?
Mae:I had to help a little girl find her mom.
Biggest bro:You are too nice.
I put my phone away along with the two hundred dollars. I got to the motel and saw the others. "Whore?" I asked. "Dead." They said. "Good." I said and got in the Jaguar since my stuff was already in there.
