Soha:- Apke sath Nandini ka rista kya hai? (what's your relation with Nandini?)

Manik looked at Soha confusingly.

Manik:- Or tum mujhe yeh kyu puch rahi ho? ( And why are you asking me this?)

Soha looked here there. She was playing with her fingers.

Soha:- Nandini humesha kehti rehti hai ap uski maggetar ho. Or woh apke sath reh rahi hai. Bas isliye Mainu janna tha. ( Nandini always said you are her fiance. She is staying with you. That's why I want to know.)

Manik looked other side and took a deep breath.

Manik:- Dekho Soha tum Jo bol rahi ho Mai samaj raha hu. Mujhe yeh bhi pata hai tum mere liye kuch mehsus karti ho. Par tum Jo soch rahi ho woh kabhi nahi ho sakta. ( See soha i understand what you are saying. I know you feel something for me. But what you are thinking can never happen.)

Soha shockingly looked at Manik.

Manik:- Nandini or mere bich kya hai woh tumhe janne ki zarrorat nahi hai. Woh hum dono ki personal matter hai. Or mai hum dono ki personal life kisike sath share karna passand nahi karta. Specially koi bahar wale se. Tho tum mujse or Nandini se dur raho tho Acha hai. ( What is between Nandini and me, you does not need to know. That's our personal matter. And I don't like sharing our personal life with anyone. Specially someone from outside. So it will be better if you stay away from me and Nandini.)

Tears gathered in Soha's eyes which was ready to fall. Manik gave her a cold look.

Manik:- Or main asha karta hu mai Jo bol raha hu, tum woh samaj gayi. (And I hope you understand what I'm saying.)

Tears fall from her eyes. Soha nodded her head.

Soha(quitely):- Samaj gayi. ( I understood.)

She left from there wiping her tears. But it didn't affect Manik even a little bit. He took a deep breath. That time village head entered inside the house.

Village head:- Manik beta tum yeha? ( Manik you are here?)

Manik:- Sasriyakal chachajii, Mujhe apse kuch kam tha. ( Hello uncle, I have some work with you.)

Village head:- Sasriyakal, Haan betho naa. ( hello, yes sit down.)

Then Manik and village head started talking and discussing the situation. Village head gave him some solution and told him what could be better. Manik told him his opinion also. In between Abhi came and sat with them. His face lost all the colour. He looked pale.

Manik raised his eyebrows asking his what's wrong. But Abhi gave him a small smile and nodded his head in negative. After discussing all the matters Manik and Abhi left from there. They were on the way to home.

Manik:- What's wrong Abhi? Everything is fine?

Abhi:- Yeah everything is good. What will happened?

Manik:- After the call you look pale and your quiet also.

Abhi laughed a little.

Abhi:- Nothing happened yaar. You don't take tension.

Abhi padded Manik's shoulder. Manik find Abhi's behaviour weird but he didn't said anything. Soon they reached their house. Abhi and Manik sat in the leaving room.

Manik:- Where is everyone?

Abhi was nervous.

Abhi:- How would I know? Mai tho tere sath geya tha na. ( How would I know? I was with you.)
