Puyat ako but listening to this kind of song and giving me a good weather today! Nakakawala ng antok kasi yung biyahe palang, ang sarap sa mata.

The sky is bluer than blue. Napaka aliwalas ng langit at ang lamig ng simoy ng hangin.

It is past 9 already. We're heading now to Laiya, San Juan Batangas. Shawn is driving habang ako nasa passenger seat, kumakain and sinusubuan din si Shawn.

We had our stop over at Jollibee, Rosario. Wala masyadong traffic but most days malala din traffic dito. May school kasi before makarating sa mismong bayan and because of intersection na rin siguro.

Nagtake out lang kami for our breakfast. 2 Burger, mashed potato and coffee yung sa akin while 2 burger and hot choco yung kay Shawn.

It is been so long since eto na ulit yung bond namin. Goodness! Namiss ko ito!! Although I felt a little sad pa din kasi we are incomplete. Wala si Elisabeth.

Kamusta na kaya siya? Is she doing well? I tried to invite her pero naseen niya lang ako. I don't know if something came up but I am really concern to one of my bestfriend.

I cannot ask Shawn about her naman kasi baka I am being insensitive na sa part na iyon. If umalis si Elisabeth, I think it means it is a bad break up then so I do not know.

I'll ask the girls nalang.. but when I am scrolling sa timeline ko, naalala ko naman si Lauren.

Wow. I really have a lot of time mag-isip kapag nasa biyahe. Pumikit muna ako saglit at saka ako tumingin kay Shawn.

I cannot ask Shawn about Elisabeth but I can ask him about this since it is about me, my past. He never mention anything and I know na maybe mayroon o wala siyang alam.

Nabasa ko ito before na when you want to specify if someone is being honest with you or not, look them straight in their eyes and ask them directly.

I'll be using it this time with Shawn and I am kinda nervous but I am a curious cat too! Mukhang hindi ako matatahimik.

It is really fine to me what happened with the accident, no grudge. But the moment Lauren told me that I am chasing someone and I cannot remember it, that's the moment where my instinct as a women kicks in.

"Come on Denden. Alam kong gwapo ako." Biro niya nung napansin na niya akong nakatingin sa kaniya

Ghaad! How can I ask him if he's driving at dun siya naka focus sa daan.

Di ko na sana itutuloy but still I want to try. Di bale nalang. Mararamdaman ko naman kung totoo siya sa akin diba?

He looked at me and I give him a serious face and nakita kong nagets naman niya siguro ako.

"Hmm yeah? I am always honest with you Denden. What is it?"

"Okay so. There's a girl named Lauren na nakausap ko kagabi sa 7/11. She asked me if nahabol ko na ba yung hinahabol ko the day nung accident. When I was in the hospital, no one mentioned to me that I lost my memory? I couldn't remember it Shawn. So how come na kahit doctor walang nabanggit? She's in a hurry so I cannot ask her the whole details. By any chance, may alam ka ba? May tao ba akong nakalimutan?"

There I said it. Nakita kong nagulat siya sa mga sinabi ko but it is just for a moment. Just for a moment..

He smiled at me and told me..

"Denden, I'm so sorry to hear these things from you. I am waiting na ioopen mo din yung accident but nag intay nalang ako na ikaw ang magumpisa kasi baka ayaw mo na alalahanin pa. Napapansin kong sumasakit din ang ulo mo, ayoko makadagdag." paliwanag niya habang nagddrive siya.

Bumagal ng kaunti ang biyahe namin pero malapit na din kami sa Resort.

"The day before the accident, you called me. Do you remember?"

"No." I shook my head and change my position. Kung kanina sa harap ako nakaposisyon, ngayon ay bumaling ako paharap kay Shawn.

"Okay. You called me. You asked about my relationship with Elisabeth, I answered you na we are not really into relationship. You told me na you have to tell something important. I asked you what is it, but you didn't answer. You just end the call." 

I am looking to Shawn, appreciating his features. Somehow, as a girl hindi maiwasan na ang sarap mafall sa bestfriend mo. He talked while looking and checking on what will be my reaction.

Kumunot ang noo ko, dalawa lang naman ang tanong ko kung sino yung hinahabol ko at kung may nakalimutan ba ako pero bakit sa padagdag yung tanong?

Bakit imbis na sagot makuha ko ay karagdagang tanong pa?

Napansin niya sigurong natahimik nalang ako bigla. Ano ba dapat kong sabihin? Eh hindi nga niya alam. Hindi ko din alam. Nakakaloka.

"Shawn"... I hold his right arm at pinisil ko yun.

Nakaramdam ako ng kakaiba pero binalewala ko kasi

"Bili muna tayo ice cream Shawn" hahaha akala niya kung ano na kasi nakakunot na ang nuo niya sa akin habang di niya malaman kung titingin ba sa daan o sa akin.

"Don't make me nervous Denden. Okay. Cornetto ba o ano? May tindahan dito baka mayroon sila."

He bought me strawberry flavor. Nakakatuwa kasi alam pa niya yung gusto ko. Lahat naman ata ng pagkain gusto ko.

Okay. Ganun nalang. Sasakit kasi ulo ko kapag pinilit kong alamin lahat sa isang araw kasi mukhang wala naman akong makukuha kahit ipagpilitan ko.
