Hello everyone,

Okay so guys here is something I need to say that... I have made some changes in Chapter 1. Earlier Taehyung's father knew Jisoo's family through Taehyung's mother, but the new changes showed that they were all college friends.

As you all know this book is souly based on the topic Friends, so I tried to keep all the characters to be linked in the form of friends.

Hope you all like the concept...

Here you go...

Taehyung and Jisoo came back home riding the bike while his parents booked a cab. Reaching to Jisoo's house they kept quiet and went to their respective bedroom. Jisoo's mother is beyond happy to see her college Friends. They hugged each other and was about to squeal when Taehyung put his hand on his mother's mouth while Jisoo put her hand on her mother's mouth. Jisoo's mother and Taehyung's father highfived. Now they were just waiting for the morning to come.

...

Ji-hoon is fast asleep in deep sleep when he heard people singing birthday song. Opening his eyes he got the biggest surprise. Taehyung's family standing their and singing the song with a huge smile plastered on their faces. Jisoo is holding the birthday cake whereas Taehyung is recording the moment in his camera.

"Happy birthday dad

"Happy birthday dad. Aunty made the cake for you."

"Thanks sweetheart, and I know your aunty is masterpiece in baking cakes, isn't it Ara?"

"Happy Birthday Ji-hoon." Taehyung's mother wished and hugged her childhood best friend.

"Thanks Ara. I am very happy that you two came to visit me."

"Oh! Cut the crap you old man. It is you who became old so you can't go and visit us but look at me always young and handsome." Sang-jun, Taehyung's father nudged Jisoo's father and laughed.

"Sure, your friend has became old, Sang-jun." Soo-min, Jisoo's mother exclaimed.

"Hey! you, crap headed pig, Sang-jun. I haven't become old. The one who is old is none other than you." Jisoo's father said.

"Ok dad, we will leave you. Freshen up and then we'll have breakfast together, how that sounds?"

"Perfect, Soo-min let's go, we have to arrange the tables." Taehyung's mother said.

"Ara, you are the guest so you chill out, let me..." She got cut by Ara.

"Guest my ass. Let's go."

The day came to an end very quickly. The boys played Carrom pool where as the girls went to the nearest mall for Jisoo's wedding shopping. At night they all again gathered together to have a nice chat.

"Aunty, so mom said that you all were College Friends?"

"Yes, Jisoo we all were college friends though me and Ji-hoon were childhood friends."

"Do you remember at that time, Soo-min used to be a big nerd. A book worm. Jisoo you have to know your dad made a lot of effort to make your mom fall for him. Seriously man, I thought Soo-min is a gay for girls."

"Shut up, Sang-jun. You said as if you didn't tried hard to get Ara. Taehyung, do you know your mother was a cheerleader and so damn beautiful. You will not believe me, oneday one of your dad's ex threw a bottle of coke on Ara's skirt as your dad gave all his attention to her. But Ara was Ara, a badass. She took the bottle of coke from that girl's hand and dropped the remaining coke on her head and splitted on her face. The whole canteen busted in fits of laughter." Jisoo's mother explained laughing.

"And that's where I fell deeper for your mother, son." Taehyung dad pulled his mother closer and gave a kiss on top of her head.

"Mom, I didn't knew you were a cheerleader. Come on tell me the story." Taehyung said.

"Yes, aunty please tell us."

"Okay. Um, we met Sang-jun in high school and Soo-min in the college. Ji-hoon and Sang-jun used to be the best buddies since, highschool. That time I hated the damn guts of your dad, Taehyung. He used to move around like he owns the world..."

"Cut it Ara. You used to love it the most." Ji-hoon said cutting her off but she ignored.

"... So where I was. Yeah, got it. I used to hate him. But trust me, I never used to understand how he was able to be so god damn good in studies. Anyways, I had to tolerate him just because of Ji-hoon. Then college came. I was so excited on the first day that I didn't saw whom I was approaching and bumped on your mother, Jisoo. She was in her baggy clothes with big round glasses and a book on her hand. Eventually days passed and I became the cheerleader and Soo-min was, is, will, be my best girl friend. Ji-hoon from the beginning had a fancy for Soo-min and I got that, whereas Sang-jun was clueless. So I helped them a bit into their relationship. They were assigned together in an English project and that's where their love story began. And, first time in my life I am confessing that I had a deep down crush on Sang-jun since highschool but he used to have so many girls by his side that I chickened out. But at the prom day he asked me out and I couldn't say no. So, see we are now here." Ara explained.

"Interesting." Taehyung remarked.

"Wow. You all were destined." Jisoo said with amused look on her face.

"Those days were the days." Soo-min sighed.

"Come on, Soo-min. We have three more days until we go back why don't we make the best of it?" Ara beamed.

"Yeah right. Let's make the best of it."

With that they cheered together and made many plans. Like to roam the New York City, having fun, and mostly reminiscing the past with the present.

Friends are the best family so far...
