Blame It On Me

Chapter 3

Nick looks down at me and he saw it too.

"So are you going to introduce me to your friends?" My sister asks

"You mean us" Estefania smiles walking over to the guys

"Right" Gen laughs

I go hug my sister first, "ouch" her top filled with spikes pressing against me "still into spikes I see" I point out and she shrugs. Then I say hi to Estefania and walk them over to the guys who already seemed cozy with Val and Laura.

"So here's my sister Genesis and my other good friend Estefania"

"But you can call me Gen" my sister smiles approaching Zach first

"And you can call meNani since Estefania is a bit difficult" she said going to Michael laughing

"Estefa-nya" Michael tried to say

All of us laughed and Cameron manages to say her name perfectly.

"I can't even say it right" Nick shakes his head

"I should just change my name" Nani looks down pretending to be sad

"Haha don't its different" Zach smiles at her

I notice Nani blushes and I can see my sisters facial expression change and I decide to pull her aside before she does something she'll regret later.

"Gen come show me your room" I tell her

"Why don't you see Laura's first? Her and Vals room is amazing" she says leaning into Zachs arm

"I'll see it after I see yours now c'mon" I grab her hand and head down a hallway and she motions me into the first room to the left.

"Here, now can I go back?"

"Very you" I say to myself and turn to face her "don't get any ideas with Zach!" I try to whisper

"What are you talking about?" she smirks

"He has a girlfriend"

Her smile drops and I put my hand on her shoulder "he's cute I know but looks like you're gonna have to stay away from him"

"Well he can be my friend, I never said I liked him now did I?" she smiles

I look at her skeptical. "If you say so... anyways I kinds saw him and Valerie have a moment"

"Oh really? Awe cute, but like you said he has a girlfriend so bummerrrr"

"Mhh" I say looking around and see her heading out the door.

My phone then rings and I motion my sister she's free to go. I answer and it was Joe who was outside and made it just in time for us to all eat together. Walking back to the living area; the kitchen was busy, in one corner I see Laura showing Cameron what food to plate, while on the island I saw Nani, Michael and Zach chatting and serving drinks. To my surprise my sister was at another end of the island on her phone, very to herself but as I looked at her more she was really observing everyone.

"Hey" I hear a familiar voice say, I look and see Nick getting up from the couch and coming over to kiss my forehead "looks like everyone is getting along well" he smiles

"I know, thank god" I say looking over there again "hey Joe's here! go wait for him outside will you?"

"Sure babe" he says leaving my side

I gather into the kitchen with everyone and can see they were genuinely getting along; a part of me was relived while another one was concerned. I didn't want my girlfriends to fall for Allstar Weekend! They were tempting, nice, talented, and easy on the eyes. Nick had even been jealous of our friendship at one point but I had to show him that there was no need to be when I had him in my life.

Joe snaps me out of my thought as he kisses me on the cheek. I smile and see him say hi to Gen also. As he makes his way around to everyone I'm reminded of when he and my sister had a brief fling but it ended because of their constant fighting. My sister knew it was getting in the way of mine and Nicks relationship so they agreed to never try anything again.

I feel Nick wrap his arms around me from behind putting his chin on my shoulder. "You ok?" he asks

"Yeah just a little tired" I turn and kiss his cheek.

"Alright" he moves now to my side and helps move the drinks to the table.

The rest of the night we all spent eating and going around the house playing games. We all then ended up leaving around 9 since they guys had to make the trip back to Anaheim.

"We a lot of fun tonight" Michael smiled

All of us were outside on the lawn giving each other some last hugs. Joe heads to his car and races away, Nick unlocks his car and opens the door for me waiting for me to step in.

"One second!" I yell at him as I run over to Michael, Cameron, and Zach.

All the girls were already inside.

"Thanks for tonight" Cameron said

"What, no thank y'all for coming!"

"We would love to do this again soon" Zach said looking back up at the house.

I gave him a look and he shrugged.

"We all better get going then, I'll talk to you guys tomorrow" I say running back to the car with Nick

I give him a kiss on the lips and jump into the car as he shuts the door.

"So what's up with them?" he asks

"I don't know but I feel like this is going to be an interesting summer"
