Chapter 19

i know i didnt up date yesterday :o i reached some wirtter block but here goes nothing

Carolina's POV

"So you'll come?" Nick smiles at me

"Yes!" I scream

After a lot of talking and discussing we decided that it was best for me to leave and let everyone sort out their love lives without me. It was about an hour till our plane left so I rushed to make my suitcase.

"Babe we're going to be late, hurry"

I grabbed all that I came with and also made a quick phone call to my friends but hug up before they could answer me. I'll text them later.

Running down stairs I run into Joe who looks down at me with a weak smile.

"You ok?" I ask

"Yeah just tired, c'mon lets go. We're going to be late"

"Nick told me the same thing, grab my bag?"

He nods and Nicks outside already stuffing his and Joe's bangs into the trunk of a rental car.

"Ready! Let's go" I smile outside. "Wait I forgot my purse"

Both guys shake their heads and jump into the car while run in to get my bag. I had left my purse on the counter and next to it was a phone; Joe's. It rang and I didn't know if I should answer it, so then I just grabbed it locking the door.

I sat in the front seat next to Nick and handed Joe his phone.

"Almost forgot this broseph"

He looks at his phone and thanks me, not returning the call; odd.

After returning from their South American tour this March I never thought I'd be going on tour with the guys again but after begging me for half an hour I was convinced to go, and removed my promise ring from my necklace to wear it yet again. Only three more months and all the rumors going around about Nick and I being engaged will be set to rest. I took a deep breath as I sat next to Nick and wrote a text in my friends' group message.

"Guys I'll be back before you know it! I feel like I need a break from California, I've been a bit out of it these past few days and don't worry I'll pitch in with the planning of Nani and Val's party like I said I would. You know where to reach me xo"

Joe's POV

Shit.

I left my phone inside of the house and Genesis she would call me before I left. Right when I was going run inside for it Carolina already had it in her hand coming back out of the house; oh no. She sat down, handed me my phone with a smile and I thanked her trying not to seem obvious and looked at my screen.

Missed Call - Genesis

Ugh, I can't believe I missed her call.

Arriving at the airport I tell Ryan and Greg I'll just be a second, to go ahead with Nick and Caroline but they don't listen and Greg stays behind with me while I call back Genesis. I walked not too far behind from the happy couple, keeping my convo at a whisper.

"I can't talk much" I say right away "but I'll try to call you and talk when I can, you know this is going to be hard with your sister around now, there will be two people watching us."

"I know, but I'll be here waiting for you to come back to me no matter what"

"I love you, see you soon babe"
