He has the ability of forced evolution. He can make things evolve to their fullest potential he can even evolve people to their fullest potential but it dosen't last forever
The drawbacks are that if he uses to much he'll return to a ape like state of mind
Limitations is that he can't evolve imperial arms,he has to touch the object with at least one of his finger pads to activate the quirk
Abilities are that he can activate when the thing evolves after he touches them but currently its whenever he touches something
Eventually he will be able to control how much it gets evolved
