It did not help. Lalo lang gumulo ang utak ko sa mga kwentuhan namin kanina. Nakabalik nako sa room ko’t lahat, siya pa din ang laman ng isip ko.

Ahn Zoe? Zoe? 
AZ. 

Shocks! It’s true! Soohyun is still dating Zoe! She’s the girl who texted him during the party. Siya ang inuwian?

Lucky.

Mabuti nalang at wala akong schedule kinabukasan dahil hindi naging maayos ang tulog ko. Pinilit ko pa ring matulog habang nasa byahe kami pabalik ng Seoul. 

I rest a little when we reach home. Umuwi na rin si Kyung-ah at ang aking manager after they made sure I am okay. Since all my engagements are scheduled tomorrow, I decided to do yoga to relieve my stress.

While preparing, my phone rings. 

“Noona! Saglit lang naman ‘to. Tatawag sayo yung sa TvN, may interview sila kay Kim Soohyun, they ask if you have spare time? Over the phone lang naman.”

“Sure.”

Say what? If I refuse, baka anong isipin nila. Ah! Ang hirap ng ganito. Nakakapraning. Itinuloy ko ang pag-aayos para sa aking yoga nang tumawag na nga sila.

“Hello, Yeaji-ssi? Ah. How are you?” said the familiar voice to the talkshow’s host.

“Hi! I’m good!” I cheerfully said.

“We’re glad that you have time for this. We are with Soohyun-ssi right now. Hindi ka naman busy Yeaji-ssi? Guguluhin ka lang namin,” tawang sabi ng host.

“Kakauwi lang niya galing Gangwon. Hinay hinay lang kayo sa itatanong niya sa kanya, nakakatakot ‘yang si Yeaji,” naghalakhakan sila sa biro ni Soohyun. Nag-uumpisa na naman ‘to.

“You’re Yeaji-ssi right now, right? Not Ko Munyeong? Nakakatakot kasi sumigaw ang huli,” komento ng host na sinang-ayunan niya.

Natawa na rin ako, I sometimes am misunderstood for being masungit or upset due to my voice kaya nagiging maingat ako sa mga tono ko, “Yes, this is Yeaji. No worries, I left Munyeong at Gangwon,” I hardly kid.

“That’s a relief,” narinig ko ang pagtawa ng mga naroon, “Uhm, may ikinwento kasi itong si Soohyun-ssi regarding sa pang bubully mo raw sa kanya,”

Ako? Bully? I heard Soohyun trying to interrupt the host.

“No, no…” Pero hindi siya pinansin.

“Apparently, you made him buy lunch for you guys after you pretend to be upset. "

Natawa ako nang maalala ko iyong ‘pangbubully’ nga namin sa kanya.
“Oh, Seo Yeaji-ssi’s voice is sexy,” the host says.

“I agree,” I heard him say. Matagal bago ako makabawi dahil sa mga papuri nila.

“Actually, it wasn’t bullying. More like revenge,” I heard him react but I continue, “He’s always making fun of me during the shoot and he’s laughing at me during my awkward scenes. I was kinda upset that time but it’s no big deal, but I made it look like it.”

“Waah. Yeaji-ssi. I can’t believe you,” natawa ako sa kanya. I can almost imagine him looking at me intently.

“He kept on talking to me during breaks, but I barely talk to him. He’s starting to believe I was really upset. Then, sabi ni Kyuyoung-ssi ituloy ko lang daw since he looks frustrated. Kyuyoung-ssi was really the one who planned it all. Soohyun-ssi kept on stealing Kyuyoung-ssi’s food, that’s why.”

“No!” humalakhak si Soohyun pati ang host. “I’m not stealing her food. Tumitikim lang ako, masasarap kasi kaya di ko namamalayan na nauubos ko na pala.”

Mukhang sobrang naeentertain ang lahat ng nakakpanuod at nakakarinig sa amin dahil dinig ko ang pagtawa ng bawat isa.

“So, si PDnim ang nagsuggest sa kanya na i-treat niya kami ng lunch para bati na kaming dalawa. Little did he know na kasabwat namin si PDnim.”

“Wah! I feel betrayed. Ah! How could you do this,” hindi makapaniwalang sabi ni Soohyun.

“So in the end he bought all of you lunch?” 

“Exactly,” halaklak ko. 

“Soohyun-ssi could really do that for you, huh? Susuyuin ka talaga, Yeaji-ssi. Oh my gosh, my HyeonJi blood,” halos patiling sabi ng host.

“He’s like that to all of us. Napilitan kasi ginatungan na ng lahat.”

“Hindi ah! Bukal sa loob ang panlilibre ko sa inyo,”

“I’m sorry but to mention this one—”

“Umayos ka,” putol ni Soohyun sa host kaya’t nagtawanan na ang lahat. He’s so funny at most times.

Halos hindi na makapagsalita ang host sa kakatawa, habol hininga pa nga siyang nagpatuloy, “I saw some behind the scene clips and one of the really caught my attention—that’s I think on episode two? One? You waited for Seo Yeaji-ssi to finish and put jacket on her shoulders. You look like a boyfriend there.”

What is she referring? He did that every time I wear something short. Nakafilm ba ang mga iyon?

“Which one?” he asks, he sounds puzzled. I think he can’t remember any of those. But the host misunderstood.

“Omo. That’s not the only time you did that to Yeaji-ssi? My goodness!” tumili ang mga tao sa conclusion ng host.

“No, no. I did not mean that. What I mean is I did not remember doing so.”

Told you.

“M-me neither, I think that’s really who Soohyun-ssi is. He’s taking care of all of us. I may not notice those gestures, but I can see how he cares for all of us. I’ve seen him serving food for his manager even for our co-stars. Very gentleman.”

I just came to realize those moments he waited for me to finish just to keep me warm all the time. Like, he’d check what I’m wearing for a scene and he would ready the blanket. Nauunahan pa nga niya minsan iyong assistant ko sa pag abot no’n.
Naïve of me to realize and appreciate this just now.

Did that mean something to him?  It wasn’t for me back then but now, it meant something. However, I remember him doing the same thing to Jang Gyuri.

It’s just me. I should stop fantasizing.
