~ Ch.14 ~

It was the afternoon of the business party the two will be intending.

Minho and Jisung was getting ready, trying to look their best. They slicked their hair back and slipped into their expensive fancy suits.

The whole afternoon while they were getting ready Jisung was a bit down ever since last night. He was more quiet than usual and didn't go unnoticed.

Minho couldn't help but sneak peaks at the younger, especially when they had to change into their suits.

He noticed Jisung was having some trouble on putting on his tie, failing each time to tie it which caused him to chuckle to himself.

"Have you never worn a tie before?" Minho approached the struggling squirrel and began tying his tie.

"When I was young but my mom would usually tie them for me." Jisung tried his best to keep calm from how close the two were.

"Sorry if I brou-."

"It's fine.. I don't mind if I talk about her." Jisung pulled a reassuring smile.

The older nodded his head as the atmosphere was awkward for the two.

"Our driver will be here in a few, we should wait outside." Minho broke the silence as he looked at the time on his phone, 6:36.

"Driver?"

They made it out of the dorm and Minho leaded him outside of the college campus. Once they got there, a limo was parked and a tall nicely dressed man opened the door for the two.

Jisung knew it was a fancy business party but he didn't realize they would get special escort.

"Who were his parents?" Jisung thought as they got in the extremely nice limousine with him scanning the interior.

Once they began moving Jisung just kept his focus out the window, watching the people and buildings pass by.

Minho watched the other boy keep his focus out the window and with a glum expression he wore.

"Hey, you okay Jisung? You seemed off all day." Minho was worried for the younger.

Jisung turned his focus to the older, "No I'm not fine because last night you initiated the kiss and then you wanted to forget it ever happened and now I have to act like it doesn't bother me because I don't want you knowing I like you."

"Yeah, I'm fine." He smiles at the older wishing he could say the truth.

"Are you sure? You can tell me." Minho wanted to know but he had an idea what it might be about.

"Yeah... just nervous to be at such a fancy party." Jisung somewhat lied, he was kinda nervous.

"Don't worry about it to much, if any of these snobs give you a hard time then come tell me, I'll take care of them." The older gave a tickle under his chin which caused him to laugh and a real smile.

"I'm sticking with you through the whole night, I'll feel more comfortable with someone I know." Jisung knew he was going to stick out like a sore thumb.

"I'll feel more at ease with you by my side too. Not looking forward to seeing my parents." Minho rolled his eyes at thought of his parents but gave a warm smile, knowing Jisung was going to be by his side.

"Are your parents mean?" Jisung was more nervous knowing he was going to meet his crush's parents.

"They can be I guess but all they really care about is business things, but don't worry to much they won't act all business or snobbish towards you." Minho's parents weren't bad people, they never paid much attention to their son and wants him to follow them in their footsteps which Minho didn't want.
