Okiee we'll keep it very short, u all have to just loosen your muscles, all the tension, all the worries...just let it go. Stressing about that won't do any good, and you very well know this, don't ya? Then, we'll relax. Try it. Just for a moment, close your eyes and forget all your tension, just relax. And for those, who are already relaxed. Well, GET MORE RELAXED THEN. huh.
Some of you may know this already but guess what hoomans, I know it too...You all deserve a little care for yourself, So let's start ;)
#4, 7, 8 technique.
~It's simple. Just take a deep deep breath in till the very end, in 4 counts.
*no, don't let go now*
~Hold it for 7 counts.
~Then, exhale...let all your worries go in 8 counts.
Done!
