Backstory (Only partial): Has been raised in the White Room since birth. His main talent is his adaptability, and his ability to face everything, even if it were normally something akin to a chess checkmate, with the attitude of 'It doesn't matter what you do, nor does it matter how much effort I put in, I'll win without even trying'. His original Birth Name was Kotarou Shiro, but due to praised like a god even by the adults in the White Room, it was changed to Kotarou Kamishiro/Kami-Shiro.
Having to develop side to side with Kiyotaka, Kotarou ended up enjoying being near someone who actively challenged him and had a similar mindset. Thus, the two began to develop a friendship over time.
After leaving White Room, he ended up being stopped by Me. Sakayanagi. The mad was interested in what Kotarou was going to do next, and to that he replied: Use your school to develop my reach, before I take control.
He then chatted with Arisu Sakayanagi for a bit, and then left to catch up with Kiyotaka.
Personality: Either bored, pretty prideful and confident, or completely aloof.
