( DON'T MAKE IT PERSONAL )

VIOLET was woken up by a light shake on her shoulder. she stirred and turned to mitch with a grimace. she felt like she was in a sleep coma, finally getting a good rest. she moved her hair from her face and wiped the drool from her chin. mitch just looked at her as she sat up. violet probably looked a mess but she didn't care. she was upset she got woken up. "we land in ten minutes." mitch said as she shifted in her seat. finally she turned to him, "great thanks." she said sarcastically. she fixed her seat belt that was tight on her waist. "don't like being woken up i see." mitch fired back, keeping his stare to the seat in front of him.

violet stopped a flight attended before she answered back, "water please." she said sweetly then stared at mitch. "the nightmares keep me up most nights, along with snoring boys so yeah, don't like being woken up when i finally get sleep." she rolled her eyes. she hated having to feel like she always had to explain everything to him. he doesn't need an explanation but she seemed to always have to give him one. she didn't want him to win any arguments. "well you snore too." mitch said and looked at her. violet opened the window and looked at the nearing city. "not as loud as you." violet didn't know what to say.

"i don't snore, nightmares keep me up most nights too." violet just looked at him. she wanted nothing more then to fight it out on the plane but unfortunately couldn't. she thought more about what he said. 'the nightmares keep me up most nights too' she shook her head at him. "did you sleep?" she asked suddenly interested. she tried to tie her hair back up in a low ponytail. "not with all your snoring." he chuckled and violet hit his shoulder. he was really getting under her skin. "well good because i know you snore. your bed is right by mine rapp." she sniffed. she didn't want to admit it but she felt like she slept great. she thought maybe it was because she felt safe. as odd as that sounds, she usually is scared to go to sleep most nights. she didn't want them to find her again.

with her being on a plane and mitch being so close she didn't have to worry. of course she wouldn't say that out loud. mitch just ignored her and she smirked, she liked having the last word. the plane began to shake as they began to land on the runway. violet grabbed her bag and unbuckled her seat. they landed quickly and first class were the first to get off. violet walked behind mitch and towards the car waiting for them. hurley was quick to get down to business. "you know what you're gonna do here?" he asked as the three walked. "no sir." mitch said and looked at him. violet got in line with him and victor. "you don't. so keep your eyes open and your mouth shut. wait for my orders." he said sternly, mainly making it a point for mitch.

violet nodded and handed her bag to the guy loading their car. as she rounded the car a women was looking at mitch. her eyes averted to violet, taking her in. violet looked her up and down and gave her a slight nod as she got in the car. she sat by mitch again, buckling up and trying not to dread it. the car took off quickly. they were in the streets in no time, violet was ready to get the whole thing started. she's been wanting to go on a mission for a long time. hurley began to give a run down and violet listened intently. "hamdi sharif, real-estate mogul/arms dealer." he passed a folder back and violet leaned closer to mitch to see. "he's like santa claus for terrorists." he finished and violet looked at the pictures of the man.

he was tall and had a beard, dark hair. "scumbag." mitch mumbled and violet looked at him. they connected eyes before she looked back down at the folder. she didn't realize how close they were till his hot breath hit her cheek. "spare me your junior year abroad moral opinion, would you rapp?" hurley snarled and violet smirked, leaning back in her seat. "not really an opinion sir, sharifs a piece of shit." mitch spat back. violet rolled her eyes and looked out the window. "will you kick his ass again ultra violet?" hurley said and violet smiled at him. "no problem sir, just pull the car over real quick." she looked over at mitch and he rolled his eyes at her. "it's not a crusade, this mission is practical. don't make it-" hurley continued but mitch stopped him, "personal?" mitch was looking at hurley now.

violet furrowed her brows at mitch. she wanted to pick him apart like he did her but decided to save it for another time. "exactly." hurley said and shifted in his seat. "yes sir." mitch said quickly and violet turned back to look out the window. "victor, you're with me." hurley said and violet looked at him, waiting for him to say violet too. "rapp, you're with annika and violet, i need you both for eyes on." violet sucked in a breath. she didn't want to be with mitch anymore, she wanted to be with anyone else, even victor. "sharif has a plan, let's see if anything breaks his pattern." violet looked at annika, now knowing her name.

"got it?" hurley turned towards the two in the back. violet nodded, "yes sir." mitch and her said at the same time. violet wanted to get this day over with already. "alright we got 48 hours." hurley said and violet felt mitch turn to her for a second. she could feel his eyes on her but she ignored it. "quick, clean, no footprint. this towns ready to blow as it is." hurley finished and violet watched the city got by. he wasn't wrong about that.
