Ryan's POV.

As soon as I entered the house all were sitting in the living room silent.

Wait, Silent!!!

Is this my house or someone else.

I went and sat besides dad.

As soon as I sat all were looking at me, what the hell is going on.

Don't get me wrong I love their attention but , I'm not getting nice vibes with this attention.

"Ryan , do you know any girl you would like to introduce to us." Mom asked me.

I knew it something was wrong.

Wait!! did she say girl.

What are they talking about?

"No, mom. I don't know any girl in my life." I replied.

"Then how come a girl came searching for you and gave  this file to me. Would you like to tell us?" She asked.

"Riya came there to give this." I thought out loud.

"Who is this Riya , Bhai?" Zander asked me.

"Is she your friend?" Maya said.

"But, Ryan Bhai doesn't make girlfriends." Alice said.

"What?? Girlfriend?? Who told you'll she is just my friend."

"But, she said you'll just know each other." Mom said.

"What??"

She said like that.

But it's true we just know we are not friends.

But why it is so hurting me that she said that we are just friends??

"Bhai!!??" Alice called me and that time I noticed all were looking at me.

"What happened Alice?"

"That I am asking you ; what happened to you?"

"Nothing. And I just bumped into Riya today."

"Oook."  All of them said.

"So, care to explain how did you forgot this file at the cafe?" Dad asked me.

"Dad, there was an important meeting in the office so in a hurry I forgot."

"Ok. But make sure it never happens." Dad said sternly.

"Yes, Dad."

"So tell me how did you met my friend." Alice asked.

"Friend?? Which friend are you talking about?"

"Riya, Bhai." Alice said.

"She is your friend??" I asked her.

"Yes." 

"How can this be possible?  She is such a sweetheart and you."  I said last part shaking my head.

"Yes bhai, she is such a SWEETHEART I know." Maya said in a teasing way.

Ok I get it I said wrong word at wrong time.

It's better to escape before they ask more questions.

"Guys I'm tired so I'll go and freshen up. Bye."

Before they could say anything I got up but was stopped by dad.

"Take this before you go, Ryan." Dad said.

I took the file and made my way to my room.

I entered my room and locked it and kept the file in the safe which is behind a painting and no one  knows about it. 

Then I took a shower and changed. After that I sat on my bed and was thinking about today's day.

Riya really came to just give the file.

"Yes bhai, she is such a SWEETHEART I know." Maya's words came to my mind.

How does she knows about Riya?

She is Alice's friend, so how do she know her?

And why in the living Hell all of them were acting weird?

If I asked Maya  now  all will hear and they are not going to leave me it's better I ask her when no one is around.

But Riya is really nice and beautiful.

Wait... Beautiful??
