•Wilbur•

We got into my car and started driving to the old park.

Of course the place was overgrown and could be called abandoned, but it had nice scenery.

"Wilbur, are you always so nice to people?"

I looked over at Schlatt.

"I mean, why wouldn't I be?"

"Maybe because not everyone is as nice as you, I got weird looks from literally everyone on campus."

I sighed, I knew this was true, that was the sad part.

"Hey, no one usually is rude to me, I guess because I'm not an ass."

He feigned a hand to his head, dramatically gasping.

"Stop looking at me like that!"

I said, as he gave me a look that made me feel over the top guilty.

We laughed a bit and continued the conversation.

"Schlatt, can I know who your crush is?"

"No."

"Please!"

I gave him puppy dog eyes and he sighed.

"A hint."

I nodded and gave him my full attention.

"Well, he's in at least two of my classes."

Tomorrow, I was going to take some serious notes.

"What about you Wilbur?"

Ah, fuck.

"I never agreed to say a thing."

"Not even on my birthday?"

This could work in my favor.

"Only if you answer a question, truthfully."

"Deal....WAIT."

I started laughing.

"TOO LATE!"

"Okay, what's his name?"

He looked out the window.

"Oh look, we're here!"

It was fairly dark out, but the few lamps there made the place look nice.

We got out as he stalled.

"How about we make a deal Schlatt, tag, but I give you a thirty second head start. If I find you, then you have to tell me. If you last more than ten minutes, I'll tell about mine."

I put my hand out and he shook it. He then started booking it towards the park.

I set my guitar down by the corner of the walls that enclosed the forest.

"Zero."

I yell out.

•Schlatt•

I was hiding behind some bushes, when I heard him say he was coming.

"Oh Schlatt~"

He called out. I was slightly scared, but no way was I losing.

I picked up a rock and threw it pretty far, it landed with a thud, but instead of  Wilbur heading towards that place, he disappeared from sight.

It was like he became invisible, I couldn't even hear him.

I started to sneakily make my way to a small pond with benches around it.

I hid behind it, then bench wasn't the one with see through holes, but an actual fully solid bench.

I looked around the area for any sign of a tall Brit. How the fuck does he stay hidden so well?

I heard a thud somewhere across the park. Was he throwing rocks or did he fall?

"Schlatt~"

I froze, he was maybe about ten feet from where I was.

He was in a tree.

It was time to book it.

I started running, but Wilbur was in pursuit. Damn he was fast.

I tried to outrun the devil behind me, so I took a sharp right. That took him off guard

I looked at my watch, I had to last four more minutes. I quickly dove under a stumped tree.

He was gone again.

One thing I know is a hidden Wilbur is a bad Wilbur.

•Wilbur•

I was being a dirty little crime boy while sneaking along the walls of the park.

It was scanning for an American boy, shouldn't be too hard, right?

Eventually I spot the boy, he's hidden in the bushes now.

I start sneaking up on him, which was fairly easy, and soon I was right behind him.

"Hey there Schlatt~"

He turned around, but I tagged him before he could dart off to some place.

"Wilbur, come on there was only thirty eight seconds left!"

I giggled, Latt was really funny.

"Nope! Tell me."

He looked as though he was deep in thought.

"Can I just give another hint?"

I nodded.

"Uhm, he has brown hair."

Okay, that gives me more info to go off of, but now I decided to get my guitar and play for Schlatt.

"Follow me."

We headed towards a corner of the park, which had more overgrowth than normal, but it was nice there.

I took out my guitar and started playing some of my favorite songs, the ones that I would play when I'm sad.

Before I knew it, Schlatt was leaning against me, I didn't say anything, mostly because he would probably move.

After I while, I looked over at him and saw he was leaning on me, asleep.

I carried him back to the car and we made our way home.
