Dokyeom slid the file across the table, letting him see all the updated profiles.

" Looks like we have to remember all their faces now, " Jun said, peeking over Jeonghan's shoulder to see the profiles.

" Wasn't there a girl with that NCT member? " Dino said, " Isn't there no girls in the mafia industry at the moment? "

Mingyu also peeked over Jeonghan's shoulder, pointing at one profile " The guy who pretended to be Seungho is him, Na Jaemin, " Mingyu said, " he's NCT's spy. "

With a slight frown, Jeonghan flipped through the information they had, " there isn't any female here. " ( because Y/n wasn't a member of nct when she did the mission so she they didn't have her profile )

Dino let out an exasperated sigh, staring straight ahead with nothing whatsoever in his mind.

" If anyone ha- " Scoups started but was cut off by the ringing of his phone, he picked it up and placed it on speaker so everyone could hear what the other person on the line wanted to say.

" We know that you have our information and we have yours too, you're not the gang we're looking for since your gang started in 2015, " Taeyong who was on the other line spoke, " we know you're looking for a gang that exists even before 2008. "

Scoups tilted his head to one side, staring at the caller ID which displayed ' unknown '. He knew that it was NCT's leader who had called him but he wanted to know the motive of the call.

" We know where your base is at and a few of my gang members and I are coming over at 4pm with a rather interesting deal, " Taeyong continued, " no tricks. "

Scoups raised an eyebrow skeptically, " how can we trust you? "

They heard Taeyong chuckle, " I'm sure we're aiming for the same gang, two gangs is always stronger than one. "

" We'll let you come with the deal provided if you... " Scoups started somewhat awkwardly as he read off his member's request which had been scribbled onto the paper, " bring the girl from the party that my member accidentally shot. "

Y/n arrived at Taeyong's office at 2pm that day, sitting in front of him on the same leather armchair with a rather confused expression on her face. Doyoung was standing a short distance behind Taeyong with an iPad in hand. She neither knew why Taeyong had suddenly requested to see nor the reason for Doyoung to be in his office, fortunately, her questions were soon answered.

" Since you're now part of us, here's your keycard, " Taeyong said with a slight smile, " that is to open the training room and have access to data from the computer. "

At 3.55pm, Taeyong, Kun, Doyoung and Y/n arrived at Seventeen's base. Y/n was beyond nervous, she was nervous to meet the other gang and was also scared of finding out what Dino's reaction would be if he remembered and recognised her.

Y/n soon spotted Jun standing by the entrance of the base just like he did at the party, however, he wasn't wearing a mask and his face could be seen clearly. He glanced up the moment he heard them approaching, his eyes still as hostile as before but she knew that it was just a façade.

He led them into the base. The hallway was brightly lit and it was neat and clean. Jun led them to Scoups's office, knocking on the door before opening it.

It was a rather large room, two sofas opposite each other with a glass coffee table between it and Scoups's desk that faced the door, had stacks of paper on it and a door on the right side of the wall probably leading to his own bedroom.

Dino stood at the corner, so still that he could be mistaken as a statue if he had not blinked.

Why was he in Scoups office? Well, Dino was probably the only one who remembered how her eyes looked like and he was supposed to confirm if the female NCT had bought along was indeed the female that had accompanied Jaemin that day.

When he heard the knock on the door, his eyes automatically darted to the door, watching the four figures cad in black walk in somewhat awkwardly. Jun walked in after them, closing the door behind him.

" You can take a seat, " Scoups said, his voice icy cold as he got up from behind his desk to sit on the couch.

Scoups was a rather kind person in general but in the mafia industry, you have to put on a mask, pretending to be a sociopath and pretending that you have no feelings.

Y/n knew that everyone in the office were pretending to be colder than they really were, before arriving at Seventeen's base, Taeyong had told her to look as intimidating as she could.

Making sure that her eyes were void of any emotion, she looked at Dino, knowing that his eyes were on her the entire time.

Shock flashed through his eyes for a second before fading away, making his eyes turn back to the emotionless ones.

The deal sitting on the coffee table between the two different mafia gang leaders, on the paper stated that NCT and Seventeen become alliances and share information about each other and other gangs without leaking them out.

With Scoups signature on the deal, the two leaders exchanged a rather firm handshake before Taeyong started making his way to the door.

" Since we are alliances now, who is she? " Scoups asked curiously, " your sister? "

Taeyong let out a rather breathy laugh, shaking his head slightly, " I believe Dino would remember her. "

Scoups eyed Dino who took a step closer to the four NCT members, " it's been a rather long time, y/n. " He said, offering her a small smile which she returned.

" Our new NCT member, we'll send you her information later, " Taeyong promised, " you should visit our base sometime. "

With that, the NCT members were escorted outside by Jun, leaving Dino with mixed feelings and a dozen questions to ask her when he had the opportunity to in the future.
