filters the weak-rooted
in a raging storm
every trial for you
is shaping your resolve
so when you taste
the sweetness of jannah
and death departs forever
you will remember the winds
and find yourself worthy
do not for a second
think that the faith
you try so hard to practise
the days that you colour blue
the silence you must endure
the hours of tahajjud
is without a purpose
