Angel's pov

Why did I lie? I know what they did was a dick move but they don't deserve that.. Right?

I groaned and gripped my hair before sighing and getting up. I looked at Al who was just laying there.

Oh Al.. I really need ya..

I couldn't help but start crying slightly. I needed comfort.. I need Al..

Alastor's pov

All I could do was listen to Angel cry. I wanted to just grab him and hold him in my arms but I couldn't do that..

I struggled to keep my cool so I decided to move again.

Nothing happened.. Why can't I move, Angel needs me!

I kept arguing with myself I felt like I was trying to reach something that was so close yet so far.

I let down a single tear. I never cry but this.. I couldn't help but feel helpless and devastated..

No one's pov

Angel saw alastor's tear and wiped it off

"I'm sorry strawberry.. I didn't mean to cry it make you cry"

He had a soft smile as alastor held his hand. Before anything else happened there was a knock on the door

"Sweetie, may I come in?"

It was a loud but quiet voice with a southern accent.

"Mimzi?" they both thought.

Alastor's hand was now a fist while angel calmed him down.

Angel walked over and opened the door to see a shirt lady looking down and holding a plate of cookies

"H-Hey.. I just wanted to say sorry.. My jealousy got the best of me and you didn't deserve that. I got over my love for Alastor and I know he's happy with you.. I also heard what happened and I'm sorry you have to go through this.. Uh- cookie?" she smiled and offered the cookies.

Angel was taken back "How.. How did you hear?"

"You don't know? It's all over the news hun"

"WHAT?!" angel rushed to the TV and turned it on to see Katie Killjoy

"Welcome back to 666 news! I'm Katie Killjoy!~"

"And I'm Tom Trench! The old but still recent news is that the Radio demon was hit during the last extermination!"

A video came up of alastor getting hit with the speed instead of Angel.

Angel was covering his mouth while Mimzi watched with him.

"I-I'm sorry hun.. I thought you knew.. "

Katie continued "Out reporters are live at the scene!"

It cut to another reporter in front of the hotel. Vaggie and Charlie were at the front not letting them in while they asked questions

"Where's the radio demon? Is he recovering" said the reporting putting their microphone to Charlie

Charlie seemed nervous "H-He's doing fine! He's in stable condition but there's still no sign of him waking up anytime soon"

"Do you think the Radio demon will die?"

"What? No! He's a strong demon I know he'll pull through!" Charlie said with confidence.

While this was happening Angel was watching and getting mad. Mimzi tried calming the spider but he hissed and went to go outside to the reporter.

Going there was a big mistake..
