Kirigiri was running through the halls of the school with everyone but Null beside her.

She had figured out and cracked the code on the mysterious body that exploded along with Null earlier. She told Monokuma that no one had killed it, because it was already dead. Making her think it was Junko's, based on the painted nails.

Monokuma eventually let them go, but with a twist at the end.

Showing Null's dead body in the infirmary. Everyone was shocked, but they knew none of them killed him. Monokuma lied and said natural causes, but, we don't know that yet, do we...?

Kirigiri threw the door open and ran up to Null's body. She immediately checked for a pulse as the others ran in.

"I... can't tell. His body is warm, but there's no heartbeat. I can't tell if he's dead!" Kirigiri said panicking. "Calm down! It's not like you to panic at times like this." Byakuya scolded. "He can't be dead right...? How? We-We were all at the trial!" Asahina said starting to cry. "Damn... I thought he was our ticket out of here..." Hagakure thought aloud.

"We can't worry about the deceased— we have bigger fish to fry! We need to find out the answers behind this school, and why we're here! Put him down and let's investigate." Byakuya said with urgency.

"I don't believe he's dead, so I'm taking him with me. He'll wake up. I know he will." Kirigiri said picking up Null, and placing him in a piggyback position.

"There's no changing your mind, of course. He better not get in your way. Everyone, let's begin." Byakuya said before the five split up.

Kirigiri was in the Principal's Private Quarters, and had lied Null on a couch.

Kirigiri was at a computer, and trying to type a password into her father's computer. She had tried multiple times before this arrival, and was still stumped. She growled with her fist balled before holding her head.

"Why am I so unstable? Is... it because of him?" Kirigiri asked aloud, looking back at Null. "N-No. There's no way I need him that much. I... just need to keep trying." Kirigiri said before looking at her hands. They were trembling. She looked back at Null's body and began to tear up.

"I do need him... I miss him..." She said before wiping her eyes. She walked over to the couch and sat beside him. She began brushing his hair and closed her eyes. "Why'd you have to go now... when I need you the most." She said with a bitter smile, before it shifted to a frown.

She sat there with her eyes closed, and continued to brush his hair, before she felt her cheeks being pushed. She looked down and saw Null was pushing her cheeks up to make her smile.

"Heh." He chuckled, before his eyes twitched in pain. "Kyo...ko..." He whispered before his eyes rolled to the back of his head and he passed out.

"...He's alive?! Wake up! Please wake up!" Kirigiri said shaking his shoulders. Null didn't budge making Kyoko sigh. "As long as I know you're okay." She said with a smile. She stood up and looked at his resting face.

"What did he mean when he said my first name?" Kirigiri pondered. She slowly looked over to the computer before smiling again. "Idiot..." Kirigiri said before walking to the computer, and typing her first name in. The password was correct, and a hidden door in the wall opened up.

She walked inside and only saw a purple wrapped box, with a yellow ribbon. She already knew the contents of the box and ignored it. She looked out of the hidden room, and at Null, before looking back at the box.
