NEERAV: how was your flight??

ARNAV: it was okay dad

"have a seat son, " he says to which arnav obliges

ARNAV: dad, how have you been doing??

NEERAV: fine... you have grown so much

ARNAV: and you haven't aged a bit

NEERAV: you must be wondering why me and your mom decided to miss your graduation

ARNAV: I know why you didn't come dad

NEERAV: really??

ARNAV: dad I tried my best

NEERAV: well your best wasn't enough...

ARNAV : I did what I could

NEERAV: arnav do you think I got to where iam right now just by trying my best... no arnav. I put in effort and it paid off... I run my own company and it isn't because I tried arnav.. I put in the work... 

ARNAV: dad I did put in the work.. It just didn't work out

NEERAV: no arnav you didn't.. I sent you to the best school and I know that because it's the same school I went to and passed highly... It has every facility there is... Is there anything you wanted that I didn't provide you... I paid for your tuition on time... I gave you upkeep ...you didn't lack anything arnav.... Arnav I know your a smart kid and I know this because your my son... your are your father's son... the only reason you didn't top your class is because you didn't try hard enough... you got distracted...

ARNAV: dad that's not the case

NEERAV: arnav I wasn't that privileged to have the sort of life that you have... and I work every single day to make sure that you don't have the kind of life that I had... at your age I got a scholarship to that same school and I had to work two jobs to sustain myself and at the same time concentrate on my studies... I juggled school and work but I put in the work and topped my class... but you have had it easy... everything you want you could get so don't tell me you put in the work you didn't... I know what your capable of doing arnav, if you had put in the work... you would have excelled but you didn't... you got distracted

ARNAV: am sorry dad

NEERAV: well apologising now won't do... Let's just change the subject and talk about your future... You have graduated now what next...
