The Root chakra is the one responsible with our feelings of safety and stability. When unstable, you might experience depression, anxiety, phobias, feelings of unsafety. This chakra connects us to the material world, grounding us to the mother earth.
Its position is at the base of the spine.

Also, this chakra is the foundation of your entire chakra system. Think about it as a house's foundation. If not build properly, the entire house is prone to fall.

Every chakra is connected with one another. When one is unbalanced, the others are also going to be out of balance.

How to balance your Root Chakra:

🌱Ground yourself by spending more time in the nature, walk barefoot👣, meditate in nature...🧘

🧘🏽‍♂️Do a guided meditation.

🛑Visualize during meditation a red sphere of light at the base of the spine and as you breath in, imagine it expanding, and as you breath out imagine it going through your whole body.

🗣️Use affirmations (“I am stable. I am grounded, etc.”)

🥁Chant the LANG mantra while in a meditative state.

🧷Root Chakra balancing frequencies (on YouTube)

(Advice: listen with headphones under 50% volume)

That's all for now. I hope you found this useful.
Until next time... Peace ✌️
