A month later....
Sevyn
Sevyn was on the last hour of her shift she was exhausted all 5 of her patients were needy as hell. "Girl I hope you did all your charting already" Ivy turned to Sevyn who was typing away at her mobile computer. "Hell yes I'm exhausted today all my patients had me running" Sevyn shook her head. "That lady in 4414 was on her call light heavy for you all day" Ivy laughed shaking her head
After she finished her charting and gave report on her patients she was out the door heading home to Sincere. "Goodnight everyone" she waved and smiled walking to her truck.
Kelsey seen her walking and stopped her "Hey Sevyn I haven't been seeing you much since they moved me downstairs" he said smiling. "I know do you like working the Emergency Room better" she smiled. "It hasn't gotten boring yet" he shrugged looking at her. "You should come over tonight I got your favorite wine and we could watch a movie" he rubbed her shoulders. "I can't I have Sin tonight" she half lied because Amari would always watch him if she had plans. "Okay I'll text you later goodnight beautiful" he helped her in the truck and closed the door
She started up the truck and headed home. Once she pulled up she scrunched up her face surprised Amari was still at her house. She parked grabbed her work bag and walked in the house. When she walked in she seen Skylar trying to teach Vaughn how to cook.
"Sup Sev how was work" Vaughn asked flipping his steaks he was cooking for dinner. Skylar walked over to him looking over his shoulder "Good babe now start whipping your potatoes, hey Sev" Sky looked up from the oven. Sevyn walked all the way in the kitchen putting her lunch bag down "Hey y'all, Mari is still here" she questioned already knowing the answer. "Yea he took little man to change his diaper an hour ago haven't seen him since" Vaughn shrugged with oven mitts on. "Yea Sin gave him a run for his money today" Skylar busted out laughing
She shook her head and walked towards her room. She opened her bedroom door and paused laughing at Amari who was knocked out sleeping while Sincere was propped up on a pillow pulling his daddy's hair blowing spit bubbles "Dadada" Sincere drooled all over his fathers head while watching baby bum on the tv. "Aaww Papa mommy missed you" she picked him up kissing his face. Amari's phone was ringing off the hook so she picked it up and answered.
.....IncomingCall Dice 🎲
"Yo" she answered giggling
"Ayo Sevyn stop playin' on the phone whea' Mari" Dice asked
"He's sleep right now want me to wake him" she questioned
"Nah tell him not to forget we got business to handle tonight" he said
"Okay" she said and with that she hung up
Amari sat up yawning "who was that Phatz" he questioned taking his clothes off then grabbing the baby from her taking his onesie and diaper off so he could shower and wash him up too. "Dice he said don't forget the business or some shit" she tilted her head trying to remember. "Oh okay" he said walking himself and Sin to the shower.
Sevyn took off her clothes too and put on her robe and tied her hair up. She walked in the bathroom and got in the shower with the boys. "Mommy wanna be with us so bad" Amari turned around so him and the baby was facing her. He kissed her forehead and continued to wash up.
Amari
Amari got out the shower first Sevyn still had Sincere in the shower with her so he quickly moisturized himself and put some clothes on to go get the baby from her. He walked back in the bathroom fully dressed and grabbed the baby from her. He rubbed Sincere down moisturizing his skin and hair then dressed him in a onesie and a hat cause his hair was still wet warmed up a bottle fed him and he was laid out snoring just like his daddy.
Amari heard the shower turn off he put Sincere in his crib and waited for Sevyn to come out the bathroom. She came dragging in the room in nothing but her towel "How was work Bae" he said pulling her into him for a kiss. "Long I'm tired my body hurts" she pouted wrapping her arms around him sniffing his cologne
"Lay down for me" he whispered in Sevyn's ear at this point she was so tired she did as told. She laid flat on her stomach and Amari pulled her towel down some so her back was showing. He put some oil on her back and started massaging her "Umm that feels so good, what did I do to deserve this" she said with her eyes closed enjoying his touch.
He massaged down her legs to her feet "Nothin' thank you for being a good mother to my son, and a good woman to me" he kissed her feet in between his words. She smiled and just let him continue to rub her down.
After a hour of him rubbing her down she fell asleep Amari got up and kissed her neck and back before pulling the covers over her. He walked over to the crib took Sin out and laid him next to his mommy. He took a picture of the both of them kissed their lips and walked out the room heading to Dice and Grim
He walked through the kitchen hallway bumping into Vaughn. "You leaving too" Vaughn questioned creeping to the front door he had just put Sky to sleep. "Yea but I'm coming back later tonight though, gotta handle somethin'" Amari said dapping Vaughn up. "Me too" Vaughn said and they both laughed. Vaughn had a studio session, Amari had to count money and check the books for his new restaurant.
Once out the door Amari went to pick up Dice since Grim was already on the other side of town. He pulled up and honked the horn for Dice and waited for him to come out. He noticed Tyra sitting outside on the hood of her car "So you don't see me Amari" she questioned rolling her eyes. Amari just pulled out his phone to text Sevyn because he wasn't tryna get in no shit especially since things were going great with her right now.
Tyra walked over to the car and leaned in his window "You can't avoid me for forever I'ma always be around Amari" she said to him in a seductive voice staring him in the eyes. "My wife gon always be around too" he said rolling up his window and Dice came strolling out hopping in the truck so they could handle this business and both go back home and get in bed
3hours later...
Amari pulled in the driveway and parked he seen Vaughn doing the same. Vaughn had Skylar's keys so he unlocked the door for the both of them to get in. Both men said goodnight Vaughn went his way, and Amari went his way on opposite sides of the house.
He walked in Sevyn's room closed the door behind him and removed his clothes down to his boxers slid in the bed and wrapped his arms around Sevyn, she was snuggled up with Sincere. Amari felt completely comfortable and at peace she looked over her shoulder "I love you Daddy" she said smiling with her eyes closed. "I love you and Sin too Mommy" he kissed the back of her neck and they drifted to sleep
