Eddie stared at his phone debating on talking to Gaege, he needed to tell someone about his feelings.

Not that they were for Gaege, they were for Grant.

The situation was only more intense because Grant was staying for a week.

Eddie was sure he was asleep.

He didn't waste anymore time and called Gaege.

"Gaege."

"Eddie, what's up? It's pretty early man."

"I gotta talk to you dawg, or someone at least."

"What's wrong man?"

"Nothing's wrong it's just...I think I'm in love with Grant."

Eddie fell silent for a moment. Gaege responded almost immediately.

"Really?"

"Yeah, he moved in for a week because he's moving apartments, but I just don't know what to do."

"Well, one, tell me how he makes you feel."

"Well...I-I don't quite know. He makes me smile any time he speaks, and when he walks around I get butterflies in my stomach. Dawg, when he's around I feel like I'm floating."

"That's so cute, but you need to talk to him. Tell him what you told me."

"Dawg, I'm too nervous for that."

"Man up, dude. Tell him."

"Okay, okay. I will."

"Text me on how it goes."

"I will."

Gaege hung up first, leaving Eddie to look down at his phone.

Grant comes from around the corner.

"Eddie?"

"Oh shit, hey. Goodmorning!"

"Eddie, I-I heard that."

"Oh shit. You weren't supposed to hear that."

Eddie didn't know what to do, his face was red, he couldn't look at Grant.

"I'm glad I did."

Grant walked over, moving Eddie's hand.

"R-Really?"

Eddie looked up at Grant's smiling face.

"Because, Eddie. I love you too."

Grant cupped Eddie's face with his hand.

The two shared a gentle kiss.

Eddie smiled against the kiss.

"Ya' know, I didn't think you'd like me back."

"Well, I do."
