Zayn was now a month and a week along and it was there second doctors appointment today he had to have an appointment once every fortnight just to be safe Liam was currently at work for the first time since his fail of a meeting with Niall and Zayn was a bit worried about him going back but he knew he had to

So he was now sitting on the couch reading some random gossip magazine on someone he had never heard of before but liked the look of the title waiting for his husband to get home so they can go and have their first official doctors appointment

it had been an hour and Zayn had no clue what article he was reading anymore probably because he wasn't really reading it his eyes were but his mind was to busy thinking about the fact he was going to see his baby today

Liam came in and wrapped his arms around Zayn which made Zayn jump because he was in his own world thinking

"Hey bubby, you ready?" Liam said still holding onto Zayn "I've been waiting for this all-day I can't wait to see them" Liam smiles widely and Zayn just laughs but also cooe's at his husband loving how excited he was

"Yep I've also been waiting all day, there is nothing a pregnant man can do at home alone all day," Zayn says and Liam just chuckles
"Zebra there is so much to do around here or you could've gone to see Harry and Louis or maybe even Perrie," Liam said in a teasing tone knowing that Zayn never wanted to see Perrie again he dated her before Liam and she was obsessed with him even after they broke up she had told Liam that Zayn was her's and her's only as if she was intimidating to Liam who could have caused her with his thumb she even bought an apartment close by to there's to somewhat spy but then she seems to have found a new boyfriend or victim as Zayn called them because they haven't seen her in a while but Liam liked to tease his husband about her

"haha very funny" Zayn rolled his eyes jokingly
"what I am sure she's missing you" Liam adds causing Zayn to slap his bicep gently
"Maybe I should have married her instead of you," Zayn says with a fake look of deep thought
"you'd never," Liam says acting fake hurt before they both break out into a fit of laughing "come on baby lets go see our baby," Liam says as he links his arm with Zayn's and walking to the car

they were a bit early when they pulled up in front of the doctor's office so they decided to stop by the cute little cafe as Liam described it next door they get out of the car and go to order Liam orders a slice and Zayn orders a biscuit (Cookie) which surprises Liam as that's Zayn's usual last choice

"wow, you must be pregnant" Liam chuckles as he gets there order and Zayn stares at the food with hungry eyes even though he had eaten something before they left
"Let's hope, now give me," Zayn says jumping up to try to reach the bag of food that Liam was holding above his head so that he couldn't get it Liam just chuckled and shook his head

"When we get back to the car," Liam said lowering his arm and grabbing Zayn's hand to walkout Zayn grumbled but started walking to the car once they got there they both got in and Liam finally gave Zayn his food which Zayn smiled at and thanked him

"Who needs a baby when I have you," Liam said biting into his own food
"Me! I do" Zayn says raising his hand
"I love you," Liam says as he finishes his last bite
"I love you too now let's go see this Baby" Zayn said
"Let's" Liam smiled he kissed Zayn's forehead before leaving the car

they walk into the doctor's office and are greeted by one of the receptionists who then lead them to a room where they were greeted by the nurse who told Zayn to lie down and lift his shirt up

"here's the cream it'll be a bit cold" the nurse smiles as she walks around the room organising the equipment Liam took the paper towel with the cream from Zayn and rubbed it on his lower stomach Zayn just smiles at how adorable his husband is

then the doctor comes over with the wand and puts it on his stomach and after looking around for a minute or so the nurse found the baby it looked like a blob but neither of them had ever been happier to see a blob in their life

"that's our baby" Liam whispers leaning on Zayn's shoulder as they both shed a few tears not that either of them would admit it

"Yeah it is," Zayn said moving a little bit to kiss Liams forehead

"you are not out of the woods yet boys but the baby looks normal and healthy now so I can tell you that it is more than likely that you will be parents in a little while but I still suggest an appointment every 2 weeks," the nurse says and Liam and Zayn both just nodded not knowing what to say

"how many prints," the nurse says
"five" Liam mindlessly answered still staring at the blob on the screen he had been thinking about this for a while he wanted one for each of there families and one for when they announce it to Harry and Louis and then one for their fridge and one for Liam's office
the nurse just nods as she walks out of the room to collect the prints

"so can we tell people now?" Liam says hopefully
"Yeah but we need to think of a good way to do in case this is our only baby," Zayn says resting his head on top of Liam's that was still on his shoulder
"we will make it special but not because it might be our only but because each of our babies will be special and deserve a big reveal," Liam says smiling at the picture that nurse had just come back with
