Evolto: Fullbottles are devices that were made by me to collect power and are able to power the Pandora Box, unfortunately I am the only one who knows how to use it
Rias: Why is that?
Evolto: I am the last of my kind since when we tried to use it, it created something that I dubbed the Pandora tower and it wiped 99% of my species, I went insane and I made a plan to absorb as many planets as I could, outside or even inside the known solar system and create a universe in my image, which I called New World...... I wiped out many civilizations across many different planets and I'm not proud.... My final two targets were Mars and Earth, using the Pandora Box to raise the Pandora Tower on Mars, forming a black hole that ravaged the planet and ensuring the complete destruction of life on Mars.
