Beth curled herself up on the couch with a book in her lap, this time she was reading one of Charles' textbooks he had since there was nothing else she could read. He had informed her that he would be going to Russia with Erik and Moira, she had suggested she come along but he told her he would rather have her here in the facility safe. Beth had wanted to tell him that she honestly felt safe around him but chose against it. All she knew was that they were away at the moment to talk about the mission in Russia before they went. Though, being able to stay behind she was able to talk with the others now. She got along a little more with Alex and Darwin, Sean was an intense flirt and obviously young in comparison to her. Angel had a little bit different views than she did which did cause awkwardness between them but both girls definitely were able to admit that they were the oddball outcasts.
Suddenly, Raven grew excited and leaned forward in her seat, "We should think of code names."
Blinking a few times as she looked up from her book, everyone else seemed as curious and intrigued by her suggestion as well, "Why?"
"Well, we're government agents now! We should have secret code names." Raven grinned slyly to them, "I want to be called Mystique."
Sean groaned in a playful manner, "Damn! I wanted to be called Mystique." He boasted a little since he was able to make the group burst into laughter but definitely knew that he was simply joking.
"Well touch, I called it." Raven used her mutation to transform into Sean's body, a mirror image looking back at him, "And I am way more mysterious than you." The others who did not know what she could do grew shocked but all cheered her on, clearly amazed by her mutation. Beth continued her laugh and clapped happily, with the others. Raven reverted back to herself, "Come on Darwin, what about you?"
"Well, uh..." Darwin shrugged his shoulders, "Darwin is already a nickname, so you know. It sort of fits. Adapt to survive and all." He pulled himself up from the couch, "Check this out." Everyone followed where he walked, Beth tilted her head to the side when she caught sight of the fish tank he was going over to. He dunked his own head inside and then adapted to the water by growing gills on his face. He pulled himself out and took a bow as the group clapped for him.
"That's incredible."
Darwin wiped his eyes with his hands, then pointing over at Sean, "What about you?"
"I want to be..." Sean paused for a minute, then exclaiming, "Banshee!"
Beth scrunched her eyebrows together, forming the same expression as Henry, "Why... why would you want to be named after a wailing spirit?"
Sean rubbed his hands together with a smirk, "You might want to cover your ears."
Sharing the very confused faces as everyone else the group all slowly complied with his request. Sean bent over looking at the line of glasses on the table, he continued his smirk and looked over at the group as if to bull up anticipation, then releases a high pitched scream. But he ended up missing every one of the cups and shattered the large window.
