Angelica has contracted Hanahaki Disease. No, it's not a real disease lol, so don't worry. However, it is fatal.
Hanahaki Disease is where the victim coughs up flower petals, and even entire flowers if the disease is severe enough, when they're suffering from a one-sided attraction to someone. It can only end when the other person falls in love with the victim, or the victim dies from the flowers and blood loss.
The disease can be removed by surgical methods, but if it is, the victim loses all love for the person that caused their Hanahaki, even if they begin to love the victim after some time.
I knew when I found this that I had to draw Angelica with it. </3 Even though her one-sided love is mostly her fault, it still makes for a rather tragic scenario.
