Running away from Kuroyuri, the lone Mage made her escape whilst clutching a large gash on her abdomen. She ran with all her strength, not looking back when a screech came from the village. Allumette's mind was hazy, unable to recall anything that just happened.

When she was far from the village, Allumette stopped and collapsed to her knees, her lungs felt like they were burning as she breathed heavily. As she was catching her breath, the necklace she wore glowed a purplish hue, getting her attention to it.

"W-Wha...?" She got out, hearing footsteps.

"How unfortunate, Allumette." Brynhilda spoke, walking towards her. "Seems like the mind control wore off. We should've brought you to the leader before sending you out."

"W-Who ar..." Allumette painfully gasped. "You..?"

"...A friend." She stated, getting down to her height. "You've suffered enough. I'm so sorry, Allumette."

Allumette was caught off guard when Brynhilda suddenly grabbed and pulled her close, the latter's hand gently patting the back of Allumette's head. She was confused since Brynhilda was a stranger to her with her memory lost. Allumette slowly moved her hands up before she felt something stabbing through her chest.

"Sorry that I have to break the news to Yukio about your death." A faint chuckle escape from Brynhilda. "Consider this a mercy from me, Lumie. Your usefulness as a living ends here."

Allumette's eyes dilated as blood dripped from her mouth. She looked into Brynhilda's eyes before her life ended. Brynhilda slowly settled Allumette down and pulled out the dagger she used and looked around, waving her hand a bit before some Grimleal members arrived and carried her body. Before they left, Brynhilda removed the necklace as grinned, staring off to the village her dead comrade escaped from.

"Who knew the Fell Vessel had it in her to go for the kill." She stated, raising the dagger near her face. "Though she didn't finish the job, this is really going to be interesting."

The Grimleal members took Allumette away while Brynhilda saw a couple of airships flying to the village. She chuckled one last time before cleaning the blood off of her dagger with her tongue. Her attention was caught when she turned and saw leaves falling from a tree.

"Don't think you can hide yourself from me." She murmured. "But, I have a deep suspicion that we'll meet at a later date."

*Robin's POV*

Ugh... What happened? I slowly opened my eyes, immediately flinching and covering them with my arm from the bright sunlight. Am I in bed? Hm... how many times does this make now? Three? Four? I got up and pushed the blanket slightly away, rubbing my eye before looking around.

This... room. It's definitely not a place I've seen before. Hm? I don't recall changing into a sort of sleepwear. I lifted up a bit of my sleepwear and saw my abdomen where I recall I was stung by, properly bandaged up and the pain now gone. Thank Oum I don't have to deal with that anymore. I sighed in relief before hearing a faint snore.

I turned to my left and almost jumped when I saw Chrom sitting near my bed. It took me a second to realise that he was asleep, nodding his head as his arms were crossed. For some reason, I can't help but to hold in a giggle seeing him like that. Did he stay by my side the whole time? A knock came from the door before it opened.

"Hey, that acquaintance of yours is calling for you." Qrow spoke. "And- Oh, you're awake."

"Chrom's going to be out for a bit." I replied, motioning to Chrom. "Where are we?"

"Well, we'll go over that when we're out of this room." He said, heading around the bed and pulled up a chair. "So, does it still hurt?"

"Ah, no. I don't feel the pain anymore."
