The ingredients you will need are: boneless fish fillets, flour, eggs and oil. Tomatoes, chili peppers and lemons are used for the sauce. As well as coriander, black pepper and onions, which must be cut into small pieces. Pass the fish first in flour and then in egg, fry until golden brown and finally drain on absorbent paper.

Roast the tomatoes, onion and chili aside, blend them and add the cilantro. To avoid burning the fish when frying, remove the excess flour, otherwise the flour goes to the bottom of the pan, burns and will give the dish a bad taste.
