Narrator's POV

Today is the first day of the week. Wendy get up later than usual.

Wendy: Shoot! Why did I over slept!

Wendy runs to the bathroom to take a shower then she also wears her uniform within a minute.

Wendy: Geez! Today of all days, why my hair is so dull. (combing her hair)

After 5 mins she runs to her class. She doesn't read the note from Chelia nor eat the breakfast she prepared for her. When she enters the class, Chelia welcomes her with a hug. Wendy tries to separate from Chelia.

Chelia: Wendy, what's wrong?
Wendy: Nothing. (looks at the different direction)
Chelia: Come on Wendy, you can tell me anything. Since that we're bestfriends.
Wendy: I told you, I'm fine.

Their teacher came to their class, then Chelia letting go of Wendy and they seat.

Teacher: Listen up. You need to choose a partner for this research activity to be passed on this friday.
Wendy: Chelia, will you be my partner?
Chelia: I'm sorry Wendy, but I agreed with Lyon now.
Wendy: Fine. (looks sad)

Wendy goes to Kobato.

Wendy: Hey Kobato, will you be my partner?
Kobato: Yes. Actually, I was waiting for you to ask me.
Wendy: Alright! Let's think about the title of our research.
Kobato: Ok.

Carla pairs up with his boy bestfriend named, Happy. As they started to work with each others teams, Wendy is distracted cause Chelia and Lyon are too loud flirting while they were doing the group activity.

Kobato: Come on Wendy. Focus! I know that you like her but please concentrate of what we are doing. (hugs Wendy)
Wendy: Ok. I'm sorry. (sad look)
Kobato: Why don't we just study about the formulas that the mages using when summoning a demon.
Wendy: Right! What a good idea.
Kobato: Yes. (hugs Wendy)
Wendy: Uh, Kobato, you can let me go now.
Kobato: (letting go of Wendy) Oh, I'm sorry.
Wendy: Mind if I ask if I can work with you to your room?
Kobato: Sure. (This is the start of getting very close to her) Oh, you can sleep in our bed room with Carla. Carla was invited by Happy to join to his house. Happy did not live in his dorm but to be with his mother and brothers.
Wendy: Oh I see. Ok. I'll stay to your room until tomorrow.
Kobato: Yes! (hugs Wendy)

Time skip it's lunch break

The girls went to the school garden to eat lunch together, Carla invites Happy to join them.

Happy: Hi girls. Mind if I join you.
Girls: No problem at all Happy.
Happy: Thank you. (smiles in a polite manner)
Carla: You don't have to be polite, we're friends you know.
Wendy: Yeah. Since that you're a nice guy and Carla's bestfriend, you're always welcome to eat with us anytime.
Happy: Really?
Wendy: (nodds)
Happy: Thanks.

When the group eat together, there is a girl looks so identical to Kobato's standing infront of them. She has a dark purple long hair tailed in two pigtails like Wendy, her eyes are the same color as her hair. Her name is Kurumi, Kobato's twin sister and Wendy's rival in class. Kurumi's magic power is Sky Dragon Slayer mage like Wendy.

Kobato: Hey Big Sister! Why don't you join us?
Kurumi: I would join you as long as Wendy is not here.
Wendy: Hey! Why you're so mean to me?
Kurumi: Cause I'm not a looser like you.
Wendy: What?! Are you trying to start a fight?!
Kobato: That's enough you two. (runs to her twin)

Sisters' heart to heart talk.

Kobato: Hey! Be nice to her, cause soon she's gonna be my girlfriend.
Kurumi: What?! Are you insane?! You can't love the same gender.
Kobato: Please. Big sister, I'm inlove with Wendy cause she's kind, brave and she cares the others first before herself.
Kurumi: Alright! I'll try for you.
Kobato: Yes! (hugs her twin so tightly) That's my big sister.
Kurumi: Geez! If only you're not my twin, I wouldn't do that. So, are you two now dating?
Kobato: Not yet. Cause I did not tell my feelings to her yet.
Kurumi: But why?
Kobato: I think she's inlove with Chelia.
Kurumi: Oh I see. Then you need to do your best to win her. Since that Chelia likes that playboy Lyon.
Kobato: That's what I'm doing.

After their heart to heart talk, they finally join the group.

Carla: So, how's your sisters' talk?
Kurumi: Wendy. I'm sorry for everything, I just feel a little jealous of your powers. I think you're stronger than I am.
Wendy: No. That's not true. We both have the same power, why don't you just train yourself a little harder.
Kurumi: Thanks for your advice. (smiles sincerely)
Wendy: No problem at all.

Wendy forgets anything but happiness with her friends for a moment. But when she sees Chelia, she feels so down from what she saw the night at Lyon's villa. By the time she gets to their room. She sees Chelia like she's waiting for her to come.

Chelia: Wendy! You're finally home.

Wendy ignores Chelia then she's getting her things for her research with Kobato.

Chelia: Wendy, is there something wrong? You did not read my note and you did not eat your breakfast that I prepared to you. (worried look)
Wendy: I'm busy you know! (shaking tone) (avoiding Chelia)
Chelia: Hey! Where are you going?

Wendy slams the door then she leaves their room.

Chelia's POV

After our classes were over, Lyon invites me to his house to do our research. But I reject his invitation cause I noticed that Wendy looks like she's mad at me. When I hug her earlier, she did not hug me back and she did not look me in the eye, like she's avoiding me. I wonder what did I do to make her feel so mad. Then, I went to our room and wait for her to come. When I entered our room, I saw that she did not eat nor even tasted the breakfast that I made to her and she even not noticed my note either. I am worrying about her cause I have a bad feeling that this is the last night that I'm gonna see her. I want to protect her from danger. I saw Wendy is dying from an accident, that's what I was dreaming about last night when I was having sleep over at Lyon's villa. For everyone's  information, we did not slept at the same bed together, I slept in their guest room and he slept in his own bedroom. Although, Lyon only kissed me on my neck when we were in the hotspring together and I was wrapped by my towel before I step in the hotspring. That's the only thing that happened last night.

Narrator's POV

Meanwhile with Wendy and Kobato doing their research.

Kobato: Wendy.
Wendy: Uh huh?
Kobato: When we do this research activity tomorrow can we uh, do this to the cafe here in Magnolia.
Wendy: Well, sounds good to me.
Kobato: Yes! (hugs Wendy)
Wendy: Alright! Shall we continue this research?
Kobato: Ok.

After a few moments, Kobato ordered a box of pizza and a box of cake for them to share. After they eat, they sleep together at Kobato's bed. Kobato feels so happy tonight.
