The sunni method is where you pretend to be in your DR already so, like forcing yourself in it. So you pretend that your laying in you DR bed. Is it cold or hot? are you alone? How does it smell? what do you hear? A little while later you should feel twitchy and tingly do NOT move. you should fall asleep eventually and wake up in your DR! I recommend doing meditation before this to clear your mind!
