I learned that this method exists by an a vid on Tiktok i forgot the user so all credits to them! but this method is based off Eleven from Stranger Things, I tried it and was slightly successful but I wasn't ready to shift.
The Eleven Method, first you want to put a cloth or something to cover your eyes. Then put on a white static noise you can find it on youtube, imagine yourself walking to your DR self, then imagine you becoming your DR self, fall asleep and you would wake up in your DR.
111 you will shift.
