Okay first lets start off with, what is lucid dreaming? lucid dreaming is synonymous with illusion, basically lucid dreaming is literally what the word says your dreaming but and it feels real but its not. It's an illusion! Shifting on the other hand is taking your conciseness into a different reality and your 100% there, it's real life. Lucid dreaming; Illusion of being in a certain place, not real and it doesn't feel real.
