Chloe and Them.

Penny

*Chloe's pov*

I've been at the hospital for an hour, when Caleb and Tyler come in, my breathing still isn't right but it's definitely calmed down alot, but I was breathing around 2x faster then the average 13 year old

"Hi Chloe" Tyler says

"Hi" I say, underneath my mask

Caleb stands awkwardly and sits down

"H-hi" He says, shyly, grasping my hand

"Hi Caleb" I say, casually

"Are you okay?" Caleb asks

I burst out laughing "man umm I'm in the hospital and I'm breathing faster then the average
13 year old in a gas mask, obviously I'm fantastic" I say, sarcastically, Caleb blushes and looks down, embarrassed I notice the girl who stared at me before crying

I whisper into kios ear "can you get a game from the games room, there is probably a wii or xbox in there you have to pay but get three controllers" I say, kio nods and walks out I carry on talking and then a nurse and kio walk in carrying it and a few games, the girl isn't looking at me, she has buried her head into her pillow the Xbox is set up and me and Caleb play Minecraft for a little bit on the servers and I perk up and aim it at the girl

"Do you wanna play?" I say, she looks at me

"M-me?" She says

I nod, Kio talks to the nurse, and he wheels her bed next to mine, I hand her a  controller and I sign in as patient #1 and she signs in as patient #2

"M-my name is Penny" the girl says, moving her long brown hair

"I'm Chloe that's kio, Caleb and Tyler" I say, pointing

"N-nice to meet you" she says, shyly

"Hi sweetie" kio says

I log onto the servers and so does Penny, we go on life boat and play bedwars, Penny comes out of her shell and after an hour we are laughing and joking around, it is eight o'clock and I've been here for six hours, my breathing still isn't right, but it's dinner time and I don't want to eat

The nurse brings over some food and places it on the two bedside tables, I ignore it and carry on playing, kio looks up from his phone

"Chloe?" He says

"Oh uh thank you" I say to he nurse

"Aren't you going to eat?" Caleb says

I shake my head, they all look worried, Penny is a pesceterian so gets special meals and she's eating fine

"But you need to" kio says

"But I do not want to" I sass

"Uh, watch the sass" Caleb says, I roll my eyes

"Chloe eat" Tyler says

"No" I say, sighing and concentrating on my game

"Chloe you may be I'll but I'm not afraid to ground you" kio says, I nudge Penny and she looks at me confused

"What?" She says

"Ignore them okay" I whisper, she nods

(Penny and Chloe share a hospital room, they're both in for mental health reasons)

Penny moves back and kio gets the nurse

"Fucking snitch" I say, rolling my eyes

"Oi" Caleb says, looking at me

The nurse comes in and bends down to my level

"Why aren't you eating sweetie?" She asks, kindly

"Because, I don't want to eat" I say, keeping calm and nice

"Okay, well is there anything you do like?" She asks sweetly again

"I suffered from and eating disorder and still am, I'm trying to get my appetite back, trust me" I say, looking at her and getting teary eyed

"Okay, Chloe I'm Melissa, when your ready to eat you can eat" she says, softly "just ask me or Jackie if you want to" she stands up and takes my plate away

Kio looks at me and holds my hand and whispers "it's okay" and gives me a hug

I see a doctor walk in and check on Penny, he then walks over to me

"Okay so we noticed some things about you Chloe" the doctor says

"Go on?" I question

"So the paramedic noticed how your foot was weird and how it looked off, have you got anything to tell us?" He asks

"I broke my foot the day before I was adopted and didn't get help but it should've healed by now" I say

"So there was a bone broken with no care?" The doctor asks

I nod

"And the boys didn't know?" He asks

"No sir they did not because of the shoes I wear" i say

"Your gonna have to be on crutches for 3 weeks with a cast" the doctor says

"You gotta be fucking kidding me" I groan
