No school?

*Gabes POV*
I had woken to a loud band from down stairs. I sat up putting my glasses. I walked into my closet pulling on a random sweater and black skinny jeans. Before running down the stairs. once down there I stood in shock. Standing only a few feet away from me was my father, and by the looks of it he was high.
He looked at me in disgust. "why you standin there worthless?" He said walking forward slightly. I backed away before turning and running up the stairs and into my room. I heard the bangs on my door as my dad yelled at me from the other side.
I gathered my shoes up and my bag not even bothering to brush my hair. I ran out my balcony window and climbed down. Once down I pulled my shoes on and ran around the house starting in a run towards school. I had soon made it to school being the first one there.
I looked around trying to find someone but saw no one. "crap." I said looking at my watch.
"I'm way early. how'd that happen?" I questioned myself.
I slapped my forehead. "I didn't set my clock froward an hour!" I yelled in realization. I rubbed my hands in my hair ruffly.
I looked around the abandoned school and shivered. "I'm alone..." I whispered to myself looking around trying to find at least one person only to find no one.
I walked over to a bench and sat down. "well can't go home now." I said sighing.
I closed my eyes and my head rolled back.
I made a loud sigh and relaxed.
That was. till I felt someone poke my head.
My head snapped open to see Spencer standing over me with a smile.
I smiled back and held my hand up to him. "Good boy." I said softly placing my hand on his forehead.
I heard him chuckle" are you half awake?" He asked. I nodded looking away.
"Hey you know there's no school today right?" I heard Spencer ask. my eyes snapped wide open.
"What?"
"There's no school today." He repeated.
"Your kidding right?"
He shook his head and I face palmed. "meaning I got up for no reason!"
