End...
Chan: It's okay It's not like I would be sleeping anyways
At least I'm being productive this way
Can I call you again?
Jeongin: Umm let's just text today
Can I ask you a question?
Chan: Yeah, what's up?
Jeongin: In your song...
Someone broke a promise and you don't know how to accept it
Pretty much everything is already ruined but you still don't wanna lose hope that things can be fixed
And you think about that person all the time still but at the end, you say "I might as well forget"
So umm...
When would you know that it's time to forget?
Chan: Woah
Well, I guess the answer is already kind of in the song...
Of course, you would hope that things would get better since you love the person but if you already know deep down that everything is already ruined then that's when it would be time to forget
Jeongin: Oh
Yeah
That makes sense
Chan: Is there something going on?
Jeongin: Nope
I've just been listening to it on repeat so I was curious
Chan: Really?
Jeongin: Yeah
I think it would be safe to say that it's my favorite song. It's really pretty to listen to, the lyrics are artwork and your voice-
I should shut up
Chan: No you shouldn't
What were you gonna say about my voice?
Jeongin: Nothing
What more needs to be said?
Your voice.
That's it
Chan: Please?
I'll send you pictures of Berry
Jeongin: Your voice is really comforting
Chan: Aww🥺 thank you
That means a lot

Jeongin: I'm stealing her.
Chan: Or I could just steal you
Winwin situation
Jeongin: You got a point
Felix would not approve though
Chan: I thought you would care more about your parents not approving
Jeongin: Honestly, Felix's approval is more important
Chan: So if I get Felix to ask you to come to their birthday party you would come?
Jeongin: That's not what I said
Just because I think Felix's approval is more important doesn't mean that I can listen to him instead of my parents
Chan: Dang it
I really want you to come
Jeongin: I'll try
No promises that I will actually make it though
Chan: It's gonna be at my house
Meaning that Berry is going to be there
Just to let you know
Jeongin: Stopppp
I'm just gonna be even sadder when I get told no
Chan: Then don't let them say no ;)
Jeongin: Gtg Bye Hyung
Chan: Oh
Bye Innie
Jeongin heard the door being unlocked so he quickly said bye to Chan but then he thought about what he was doing...Chinhae never went out of his way to greet Jeongin so why should Jeongin do it for him? Chinhae would probably prefer for him not to considering how much he seemed to dislike Jeongin.
Chinhae walked into the living room as Jeongin stayed quiet and watched the tv.
"Hey Innie" Chinhae said in an almost sweet-sounding voice which confused Jeongin.
"Hi" he responded without looking up from the tv but he felt Chinhae sit down next to him, causing him to tense up slightly.
"I went a bit too far yesterday. Sorry. Goodnight Jeongin" Chinhae said before quickly getting up and walking into their bedroom.
'What the heck? Is he drunk or something?' Jeongin wondered 'Why does he have to do this type of thing as soon as I'm almost one hundred percent sure about leaving?'
He reminded himself about what Chan texted him about having the feeling that it's already ruined. Which he did have but now he was questioning. Sure, it was just a simple apology but that was a lot considering how Chinhae had been treating him recently.
He wasn't sure whether or not to think much into the apology or just ignore it even happened.
