We have been hanging for common wealth day when we walked into an alley to find a melted body on the ground.

"well this is a pleasant way to start my day." I say

"no kidding this thing smells like ass. What could have done this?" Lizzie ask

"A Croatoan." Hope says

"How did you know that, oh never mind." she says as we see it is carved into the wall. We head back to the school and lizzie gets there super squad together.

"okay squad we have a problem and we are down a witch because Josie's in Richmond for commonwealth day which is bad for us because." Lizzie says

"A Croatoan came through the portal." Hope says

"And it killed a councilman." I say 

"what the hell's a Croatoan?" Kaleb asks

"Hold up the lost colony of Roanoke. seriously? Not one of you?" Kym says no one knows what she is talking about.

"I'll play, Roanoke. Its one of the first English settlements in North America until it just vanished without a trace." Landon says

"And the only thing left behind was Croatoan carved in a tree. What? I'm a history nerd. Why else would I be here for commonwealth day." Kym says we all look surprised 

"The monster is here, and its after Landon so we need to get him somewhere safe." Hope says

"Umm Okay, no offense, but why is some girl from mystic falls giving us orders." Kaleb says

"She knows how to kill monsters so that should be enough for you." I say I'm a little mad 

"wait guys what about the zombie i thought Malivore could only release one monster at a time." Raf says

"That's what we all thought." I say

"How the hell do you two know about Malivore." Kaleb says. Hope, Lizzie and I all look at each other.

"Oh, I filled them in. They took down the oni and the minotaur." Lizzie says.

"wait, wait there was a minotaur?" Landon says

"Yeah, Not everything is about you." Lizzie says I chuckled a little

"The plan is that I will take Landon and put a barrier spell around him." Hope starts saying as Lizzie interrupts her.

"What she means is that I will babysit Landon while everyone else is at commonwealth day while Hope and Becca do there whole monster killing thing." Lizzie says

"Okay super squad disassemble or something." I say as everyone leaves awkwardly except me Lizzie and Hope

"its a good plan it keeps you as far away from Landon as possible." Lizzie says

"I'm less worried about me being around Landon than I am about you blowing our secret to him." Hope tells lizzie

"Hope its gonna be fine." I say to Hope. Lizzie leaves and Hope and I walk into the woods to follow the trail that Croatoan. We follow it back to the school when we get downstairs Lizzie was about to spill our secret to Landon but Hope saved it last second

"So this is about you two." Landon says

"we don't have time for this." I say

"Becca is right, Raf you take Landon to Dr. Saltzman and me Lizzie and Becca will draw this thing away." Hope says as Raf and Landon leave. We head to the gym.
