Chapter 2 - Missing Max

A few weeks after Lilys birthday, Max went missing. Both Max and Lilys family were searching for Max. Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months, and months turned into years, and before they knew it, two years had passed without a word from Max. They had almost given up hope until one day when they got a call from the police from another city. Max had been found. They said that Max was found unconscious in an abandoned warehouse, on the ground, with ropes tied to her and dirt all over her. They immediately rushed Max to the hospital. Once Max arrived at the hospital, she was rushed to the emergency room, where the doctors noticed internal bleeding. They told her parents that Max lost a lot of blood, but there was no critical damage and that they could visit her after a week or two. After two weeks, Max had woken up. The police visited her and asked questions. The last thing that Max remembered was that the man who abducted her wore a black hoodie and looked very young, about 13 or 15 years old. As soon as they found her, the police quickly called the emergency services, so they decided to keep the kidnap story behind and focus on the present. However, the police kept on surveying Maxs young kidnapper.
