A TRIP TO THE LOST WORLD. By Platinum B

~CHAPTER ELEVEN: Home Sweet Home~.

     I woke up suddenly and I met myself on my bed in my room
       
        "It must have been a bad dream", I said out loud, when I got up, I saw the last gem and Cera's scale on my bed and I jumped up
      
        "What! So it wasn't a dream after all",

    Then, I heard a knock on my door and I swiftly shifted my pillow on the scale and gem.

    "Honey, it's time for school", it was my mum, I opened the door and I hugged her affectionately

     "What's this about", she asked confused,

      "Hum...nothing?", I smiled,

     "Okay, now get ready sweetie", she said and stroked my long hair before she headed into the laundry room,

    I smiled sweetly and I headed into living room where I saw my two younger brothers having their cereal and watching 'Justice league',

    "Dannie, Henry!", I hugged them and said

    "I've missed you",

They looked at each other and back at me and said

    "Weirdo!" and they continued eating.

      I went to the bathroom and took my bath, brushed my teeth and combed my hair and went back to my room. I looked at the uniform, it was white short sleeve shirt with a short plaid pleating skirt of red and black that is above the knee a little and on top of the shirt was a plaid sweater vest of the same color as the skirt, when I saw the uniform, I became nervous, so I packed my bag and took my cell phone.

    I came back out after thirty minutes and when I looked at the time, it was seven thirty Am and I headed to the dining room to have my breakfast.

     We all got into the car, but Dad left earlier this morning and Mom is taking us to school, so Dad will bring us back home after school.

    While I was in the car, my mind raced and wandered from what happened in the other world until it came to settle in the scene of my first kiss with Conner, the thought of it made my face turn red and I also thought about what happened in this world

     "Maybe time changed some how",

    I thought, while I was still thinking, I saw Nelson in front of his house hugging his family, I was so happy, he saw me and he waved at me and I also waved back. I began thinking again.
Mom saw my face in the mirror that I was long gone, so she called me back to reality

      "Violet honey, what's wrong?", she asked

      "Maybe she's thinking of who to annoy on her first day", Dannie butted in and laughed obnoxiously and I smacked his head "OW! Mom?! ", he squealed and Henry laughed.

    "Hum...nothing, I'm just...nervous", I answered,

   "There is nothing to be nervous about, everything is gonna be fine, it's normal to be nervous on your first day, don't worry. Now pack your hair, it's a mess" she said,

    "Thanks mom", I said back.

     I packed my back hair into a ponytail and left the bangs that reached my forehead and almost covered my eye brows.

    "Now there you go sugar plum, ain't you gorgeous", my Mom commented which lightened up my mood and I laughed -that gets me everytime.

     We arrived at school and Mom dropped me off and headed to my brothers' school which was Riverdale Elementary and Middle school.

     I saw lots of people hanging around and they were staring at me, I glanced at my phone and I saw a message by my BFF in Greendale, she said "Nervous without you, miss you already, call me when you're back from school, Love you". I smiled and replied "Sure thing, Vicky, Let's have a conference video chat with Mary, Love you too". I put my phone into my bag.

    I was nervous at first but I muscled up some courage and headed into the school, as I was about to  limb the stairs someone tapped my shoulders ,when I looked back, I saw my new friends: Conner, Isabel, Adam, Anabel and Maricelle. They all look totally cute and amazing especially Conner. I hugged them because I was extremely happy:

Me: I'm so happy to see you guys.

Isabel: Same here.

Conner: Hey Violet (He said softly, His hands were in his pants pocket which made him look absolutely charming and he smiled).

Me: Hi Conner, good to see you (I blushed).

Anna: (She held my hands) You look tots cute (She smiled in adorable way).

Me: You too (I laughed) Hi Adam, Hi Marie.

Adam: Sup, Girl. (He winked).

Marie: Hi Violet (She hugged me).

Isabel: This is gonna be the best and interesting school year ever.

     We all laughed, Then we all held each others' hands and went into the school.

     I was so very glad to have made new friends and then I realized:
     
       "Life is not life without an Adventure and  Friends to spend it with".
