LITTLE Yumiko peaked through their glass window as she watched her older brother, Itsuki converse with a girl she didn't know of. But Yumiko was curious, that's for sure. Curious enough to willingly hide her presence from her brother so she could eavesdrop properly.
She couldn't see her brother's face since she was facing his back, but she could see the girl's face, and the said girl was blushing madly. 'That had to mean something', was what Yumiko thought, and Yumiko wanted to be the first to know if that's the girl who'll become her sister in law one day. So Yumiko continued to watch as the girl waved goodbye to her brother and eventually leave. Once Itsuki turned around Yumiko ducked down and ran towards the couch to sit and act like she didn't move for even an inch.
"Mimi, I'm home!" she heard her brother say and the door close. Mimi was the nickname that Itsuki gave her and had called her that ever since she was born. Yumiko tried to hold back a giggle and focused on placing her gaze on the TV in front of her. In the end, her body failed her as she released soft giggles. Her brother caught her in that state as he raised an eyebrow at his younger sister.
