chapter 1: what happened?

Nini arrived at her apartment around 10PM. She had been at the studio every day this week. And the week before. Well, she has been at the studio for the past 4 years of her life. After graduating from high school, she started to post covers on youtube and instagram. She gained half a million followers in a year. She decided to move to New York, after a big discographic reached her out to offer a record deal. It was an EP test, if it did well, she would have a deal and a contract. It took her 6 months to finish it, all of the singles became hits and had millions of streams each. That's how her life changed these past years. She was still friends with everyone, well almost. She even got Kourtney to work with her, making her a famous makeup artist with a lot of clients. Then, everyone started to make their own paths, they were all over the world. Most of them were in New York, some travelling, but they were still the same group that would sing High School Musical in Ricky's living room.

Ricky.

They had a beautiful relationship, he even moved to New York with her, but after he got his first big role in a Hollywood movie, they decided to call it quits. They broke up after his 21st birthday. It was better like that, breaking up before they hate each other. Things now are... well, different. We'll get to that. But Ricky, or now known as Richard Bowen, was amazing at his thing. He won a lot of awards and got a lot of unforgettable roles. Loved by everyone, he had a large fan base, but he was still the same Ricky who would put his house for everyone to hang out. Even Red and E.J. had keys to every apartment he ever had. Everyone was doing their best. Carlos and Seb finally stopped pretending to be "just friends" and after three shots of vodka, Seb asked him out. They've been dating for almost 2 years now, going strong. E.J. got Instagram famous and ended up on a tv show about vampires, or a murder or werewolves or something like that. Even he doesn't know. But he loves it. Ashlyn is a really great director. Kourtney and her are still together, they broke up for 4 months but they loved and cared too much to be apart. Last but not least: Red. He still doesn't know what to do with his life, he does tap for a couple of shows, but he is still figuring things out. And that's how our beloved group is doing, most of them are in New York right now. Expect for E.J. and Ash. He is in London doing press and she is in Montreal directing a short film.
