use a video of a heartbeat/breathing on YouTube make sure it's under 20 minutes or so.
next, put your phone under a pillow and put your head on top of it, this will create the effect that you are sleeping on someone's chest.
Step two
now, close your eyes and imagine you're sleeping in a room, it can be on a bed, on the floor, couch, bench whatever, imagine you're sleeping on someone's chest. it can be someone from your dr, a partner, legit anyone.
Step three
TURN OFF AUTO PLAY!!!
after the video stops, imagine the person you're sleeping on waking you up slowly. the room you wake up in can be wherever, as long as it has door
the person will grab your hand and lead you to the door, then say "y/n, it's time to go home okay?" and they'll open the door for you.
Step four
the room they lead you in will be bright, basically pitch white. now affirm yourself, however long it may take, affirm. eventually you will feel like you're falling. keep affirming you're almost there! one you hit the ground and your vision goes back from white. open your eyes
