Step One
Get in a comfortable position. Any position will work. Just make sure that you're comfortable.
Step Two
Take this time to calm yourself and focus. Meditate if you wish. If you're going to listen to a sub, put it on now.
Step Three
Imagine that you're on the coast of a beach. Don't focus on the beach, but rather the ocean. What does it look like? Is it a brilliant blue, or is it dirtied from pollution? Can you smell the salt from it? What about the sky? Is it calm? Is there a storm on the horizon? Really feel that you're there on that beach experiencing all of this.
Step Four
Once you successfully do that, you're going to start walking into the ocean. Feel the water against your skin. Is it warm? Cold? Keep descending. Don't stop until you're completely underwater.
Step Five
When you're underwater, you're going to want to go down. You can swim there, or you can have some sort of sea creature pull you. Whatever the case may be, you're going down deeper into it. Take your time. There's no need to rush. As you go down, you can visualize the water taking away your current form, leaving you with your desired body.
You may also start saying affirmations from this point forward if you haven't already.
Step Six
The further you get, the more you should see/feel signs of shifting. Keep going until you see a white and/or flashing light. Follow that light. Feel yourself enter it.
Step Seven
Congrats! You should have successfully shifted by this point. If not, you can always try again
