Jihyo's POV

I unlocked my front door. The house was empty, of course it was. As much as I hated my parents, they supported me.

By that I mean there was always food to eat and a roof over my head. They never supported even the possibility that I could be gay.

I threw my keys on the table and walked into my room.

"Jihyo."

I jumped as Tzuyu spoke my name. She was sitting on the windowsill.

"Jesus, Tzuyu!" I yelled, "You gave me a heart attack!"

"Where were you all night?" Tzuyu said.

My heart raced. "Out."

"Jihyo," she softened, climbing inside. "I'm worried about you."

I plugged in my phone and sat down on my bed, motioning Tzuyu to sit down next to me. She did.

"Where are your parents now?" she asked, "I thought you said they came back."

"They did," I chuckled, "But then they took off again."

"They'll be back, right?"

I sighed. Not this time. But, I couldn't worry Tzuyu with my problems. She's still got her last year of school to worry about.

"Of course," I whispered, "No matter how far they run they always come back."
