As a result of her sheltered upbringing she's incredibly naive and trusting. This is especially present in the webtoon where she confides in her father's strange guest who's actually Anastacius in disguise.

Despite her kindness, she put her own desires as first priority, not thinking about what others would feel about it. She isn't aware of this due to her sheltered upbringing, but in a bonus chapter in the novel, her original Lovely Princess counterpart is aware and unrepentant for it.

Jennette is secretly jealous of anyone that gets close to Claude and Athanasia. Jennette wants a relationship with Claude and Athanasia but doesn't seem to notice how her desire affects others and gets jealous when other people spend time with them, coming across as selfish. It's implied that this is partly due to an over-idealized vision of what family means as people who will always offer unconditional love and support. This is also contrasted with Athanasia who realizes that even familial love requires work.
